The film also stars Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Vennela Kishore, Murali Sharma, Prudhvi Raj in important roles along with Ayyappa Sharma, Posani Krishna Murali, Saptagiri, Raghu Babu, Prabhas Srinu and Annapurna in supporting roles. Tenali Ramakrishna BABL is directed by G Nageswara Reddy while the story was written by Rajasimha. The movie is produced by P Naga Bhushan Reddy, K Sanjeeva Reddy, Roopa Jagadeesh and Srinivas Indumuri under the banner SNS Creations. Tenali Ramakrishna BABL has music composed by Sai Karthik.
