Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan has completed 61 years in the film industry and will be entering into the 62nd year from tomorrow (August 12) and this is indeed a massive feat. Kamal Haasan's debut film, Kalathur Kannamma released on August 12 in 1960. The fans are celebrating the special occasion on social media with the hashtag, #62YearsOfKamalism. Common DPs, tribute videos, fan edits, are being shared on social media, as part of the celebrations. To make the occasion more eventful, director Lokesh Kanagaraj released a brand new poster from the film featuring Kamal Haasan, this evening (August 11). The poster features Kamal Haasan holding a sword in his hand and the sword has bloodstains on it.

The poster also carries a tagline that reads, "Once a Lion, Always a Lion". The poster looks fantastic and it easily manages to hype up the expectations among the fans and film buffs. Vikram is definitely an exciting film to watch out for, mainly for its stellar cast. For the first-ever time, Kamal Haasan, Vijay Sethupathi, and Fahadh Faasil will be coming together for Vikram and it is going to be nothing short of a treat for the fans. These three powerhouse performers will definitely make it a point to impress the audience and when you have a promising filmmaker like Lokesh Kanagaraj at the helm, you can be rest assured of the quality of the final product.

Kalidas Jayaram will also be seen playing an important role in the film. Produced by Raaj Kamal Films International, the film will have music scored by Anirudh Ravichander. Girish Gangadharan of Angamaly Diaries and Sarkar fame is handling the cinematography, while Philomin Raj will be taking care of the editing department.
