Dhanush's dropped film Thirudan Police first look resurfaces on social media - check out

Dhanush is one of the top actors in the industry who can pull off any given role with conviction and fullest dedication. He has an array of interesting projects in his kitty and the line up looks quite exciting. His immediate next release would be Jagame Thandhiram, directed by Karthik Subbaraj, after which we will see him in Mari Selvaraj’s Karnan, produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu. He will also be doing a film each with directors Ramkumar (of Ratsasan fame) and Karthick Naren. There is also Atrangi Re, his third Hindi film, after Raanjhanaa and Shamitabh.

Rewind back to 2006-07, Dhanush was supposed to do a film titled Thirudan Police, an action film. It was also supposed to be the directorial debut of acclaimed cinematographer Arvind Krishna (known for his works with Selvaraghavan), but since the film didn’t take off as planned, he later made his debut as a director in 2019 with the Tamil web series, Thiravam (Zee 5).

The first look poster of the dropped film is now resurfacing on social media, during this quarantine time and Dhanush’s fans have been delightfully sharing it.This film was supposed to have music by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
