Looks like Tamil cinema fans are in for yet another big treat in The Greatest of All Time as 'Thalapathy' Vijay and Trisha Krishnan are set to share the screen once again after their Leo (2023). The leading Tamil cinema stars will be shaking their feet in hit director Venkat Prabhu's upcoming film, which will have songs and a background score composed by celebrated music director Yuvan Shankar Raja. This latest news of Trisha joining the sets of Vijay's The Greatest of All Time and shooting a song has no doubt gotten fans mighty excited, who are now looking forward to witness them recreate the magic of the "Appadi Podu" song from the blockbuster Ghilli (2004).
Trisha coming on board Vijay's The Greatest of All Time is the duo's next big reunion after they played a married couple in the box office money-spinner Leo . Both stars have amassed a massive fan following for their chemistry since the early 2000s and the wait is now on for them to ring in the celebrations in cinemas later this year when they tap their feet to Yuvan Shankar Raja's music. It is to be noted that Trisha's appearance in The Greatest of All Time is set to be the sixth time she will be sharing screen space with Vijay after Ghilli, Thirupaachi (2005), Aathi (2006), Kuruvi (2008), and last year's Leo.

The Greatest of All Time is billed to be an high-octane science-fiction period film and will showcase Vijay in dual roles, with the film's shooting expected to be wrapped up completely this month. The film will see the Tamil superstar paired with youth sensation and Kolai (2023) heroine Meenakshi Chaudhary, while the ensemble cast features Prashanth, Prabhu Deva, Jayaram, Ajmal Amir, Laila, Sneha, Mohan, Yogi Babu, VTV Ganesh, Premgi Amaren, Vaibhav, Aravind Akash, and Ajay Raaj, among others appearing in key roles.
