Leading Tamil actor Ajith Kumar and wife Shalini threw a special football-themed birthday party for their son, Aadvik, on March 2, with pictures from the family’s celebrations now taking social media by storm. The first picture shows shows the whole family together, including Ajith dressed in a white shirt, a navy blue blazer and denim trousers, while sporting a stubble, and finishing off his look with red sunglasses. We also see Shalini wearing an off shoulder floral dress, while their daughter Anoushka, 16, is seen standing behind them, with Aadvik, 9, also posing for the camera.
The second picture shows Shalini tugging onto Ajith’s hand and the power couple are all smiles giving fans major relationship goals. The third photo has Aadvik engrossed in cutting his football-shaped golden birthday cake, while his parents Ajith and Shalini are seen engaged in an intimate conversation. Wishes have been pouring in for Aadvik, who was born in Chennai on March 2, 2015, and celebrated his birthday yesterday. Unarguably a beloved Tamil cinema couple, Ajith fell in love with Shalini on the sets of his 25th film, Amarkalam (1999), and got married a year later in a grand wedding ceremony on April 24, 2000, while being blessed with their first child, Anoushka, on January 3, 2008.
On the work front, Ajith Kumar is at present filming VidaaMuyarchi under filmmaker Magizh Thirumeni’s direction. The highly-anticipated film has already been shot across several international locations and also stars Trisha Krishnan as the female lead, with the supporting cast featuring the likes of ‘Action King’ Arjun, Regina Cassandra, Bigg Boss Tamil season 1 winner Arav, among others, while the music is by ‘Rockstar’ Anirudh Ravichander. Vidaa Muyarchi is a big reunion for Ajith with Trisha after previously being paired in films Ji (2005), Mankatha (2011), and Yennai Arindhaal (2015). Likewise, the Tamil superstar will be sharing screen space with Arjun once again after they set the screens on fire in Mankatha, and the duo are expected to come out firing on all cylinders in the action department. Finally, VidaaMuyarchi also sees Anirudh composing the songs and the background score for a Ajith-starrer after nearly 7 years when he delivered chart-topping hits in Vivegam (2017).
