Seek Foundation is a non-governmental organization (NGO) founded by Dr. Vimala Rani Britto, an entrepreneur and educationalist, to serve the deprived community working for women's and children’s empowerment, and stimulating welfare activities to bring consciousness towards basic health, education, and environment. She has made a significant contribution to humanity at large through her efforts in the execution of her mission. Dr. Vimala Rani Britto has also laid more emphasis on empowering people to become self-sustainable and lead their lives in their own way. Asserting her focus on women empowerment, child development, youth employment, art and culture, sports, education, health, human rights, technology services, environmental education, capacity building, and intensive family bonding, the above-mentioned activities framed by her are for community growth.  

Dr. Vimalarani Britto, who is also the director of Kerry Indev Logistics and Managing Director of Esthell Hotels and Resorts, Investor and Co-founder of Premier Futsal, Secretary and Correspondent of St. Britto’s group of Schools and Colleges, has several big future plans to make a village self-sustainable and execute the plan in a micro manner periodically with a dedicated team.

The objectives of the Seek Foundation are to: 

  • Make people self-sustainable
  • Village Adoption – Community Outreach
  • Assist in educational, social, economic and provide medical relief to the villages.
  • Organize outstanding technology voluntarism and conduct facilitation programs.
  • Execute employment generation, rural assets, and skill development.
  • Women, child and youth and empowerment
  • Identify young talents and groom them.
  • Establish library and reading rooms in villages.
  • Construction of classrooms and auditoriums in needed institutions.
  • Educational scholarship for deserving students.
  • Extended support to special Schools & homes.
  • Support for the nation-building activities.
  • Skill & Knowledge building inter-school / college competitions.
  • Imparting child care to the parents.
  • Awareness program on Health, human rights, and Environment.
  • Women/children/youth empowerment programs.
  • Support sportsmen/women to reach their best level.
  • Provide an opportunity to showcase the talents of students at various levels.
  • Work along with Disaster Management service
  • Create a sense of brotherhood mutual harmony love and affection.
  • To provide financial assistance or other forms of support to non-profit organizations having similar objectives and to collaborate, support, and network with organizations involved in line with the objectives.
