Actress Trisha wrapped up filming on her action thriller, Raangi, earlier this week and is attached to several projects among which include ace filmmaker Mani Ratnam's upcoming magnum opus, Ponniyin Selvan. The leading actress is also a part of films like Paramapadham Vilayattu, Garjanai, the speculatively titled Sugar alongside Simran, Chiranjeevi's Chiru 152 in Telugu and Ram opposite Mohanlal in Malayalam.

Trisha Paramapadham Vilayattu release postponed to February 28 director K Thirugnanam

Among them, Paramapadham Vilayattu, in which Trisha was revealed to be playing the role of a doctor, has now been postponed for its theatrical release on February 28 after being initially announced to come out as on January 31. Paramapadham Vilayattu, which had an intense and action-packed trailer released last year, has been directed by K. Thirugnanam and created quite a lot of curiosity among fans; especially after the film was revealed to be Trisha's next after blockbusters like 96 and Petta.

An action thriller, Paramapatham Vilaiyattu is Trisha’s 60th film, who will be seen alongside many notable names in its supporting cast among whom include Nandha, Richard, AL Azhagappan, Vela Ramamoorthy, Chaams, Sona and others with the venture being produced under the 24 Hrs Productions banner and featuring music composed by Amrish Ganesh.
