Academy Award-nominated actress Sharon Stone's 11-month-old nephew, River, passed away tragically due to total organ failure on Monday. Stone, 63, took to social media to post an emotional video featuring moments she spent with River in honor of his memory. She captioned the video, "Aug. 30, 2021." In the video, we see the little toddler all smiles and laughing, while wearing a diaper and a floral shirt, with the 'Tears In Heaven' song by Eric Clapton playing in the background, which incidentally was written by the legendary singer-guitarist after the demise of his own son. Last week, Sharon Stone shared the news and posted a picture of River from the hospital after he suffered from total organ failure. "My nephew and godson River Stone was found in his crib w total organ failure today," the Basic Instinct actress said in her post in which she shared a photo of the toddler who is hooked up to a machine in the hospital. Sharon Stone is herself a mother to three sons - Quinn, 15, Laird, 16, and Roan, 21. Back in 2017, Stone, became a mom through adoption and said, "Motherhood didn't come easily, but it came lovingly to me by angels. We're a happy and lucky family. That is the credo we stand for." She further stated, "We have a choice about what we teach our children — we have to stand tall and say yes to love."
