After a brief hiatus, Radikaa Sarathkumar made her comeback to television serials in the beginning of this year with Chithi 2. Amidst high expectations, this sequel to Chithi started off on a great note with the support of the family audience. However, the shooting has not happened for the past 2 months due to the lockdown and hence, Sun TV is currently re-telecasting old episodes of Chithi in the time slot of Chithi 2. Meanwhile, the entire star cast of Chithi 2, including Radikaa, have come together for a short concept video to create an awareness among people about the importance of staying home during this quarantine period.

We see all the characters sharing their experiences of what they have been doing in this lockdown. Radikaa, as Saradha, is shown busily teaching her students through online video conference calls. This awareness video has been treated in a light-hearted manner and it has got a very positive reception from the fans. The video has been shot by the actors themselves (with the help of their family members) from their respective homes.

Talking about Chithi 2, the serial’s star cast includes Ponvannan, Nandan Loganathan, Preethi Sharma, Maha Lakshmi, Meera Vasudevan, Shilpa, and others.
