One film that has had fans everywhere mighty excited right from when it was announced, 'Ulaganayagan' Kamal Haasan's Vikram will see the iconic actor sharing screen space with 'Makkal Selvan' Vijay Sethupathi and Malayalam superstar Fahadh Faasil. The upcoming film being billed to be an intense action thriller also has Maanagaram and Kaithi fame Lokesh Kanagaraj directing his idol Kamal Haasan for the first time, who is also fresh off from the blockbuster success of his directorial Master with 'Thalapathy' Vijay earlier this year. With the Vikram first look poster featuring Kamal Haasan, Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil receiving a stunning response from fans since its unveiling last week, the shooting for the film had begun on Friday (July 16), with a set video now officially released by Raaj Kamal Films International showing the stars and the crew also taking part in a formal pooja before heading in to can their shots. 

The hype around Vikram has been massive right from the start and Kamal Haasan's Raaj Kamal Films International announcing that the film will also include Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil has only carried that excitement out of the stratosphere. Kamal, who was last seen in Vishwaroopam 2 in 2018, will be looking to roar on the big screen once again, considering his Indian 2 has been put on hold and Lokesh Kanagaraj directing Vikram has left many happy as he has often spoken about the veteran National Award-winning actor in high regards. 

Apart from the lead stars in Vikram, the film will also include music by 'Rockstar' Anirudh Ravichander, who after delivering chart-busters for 'Superstar' Rajinikanth in Petta and Master with 'Thalapathy' Vijay will be looking to add another feather to his cap with the Kamal Haasan-starrer. Other notable technical talents on board Vikram are cinematographer Girish Gangadharan, who impressed fans with his work in Vijay's blockbuster Sarkar, with the National Award-winning stunt choreographer duo Anbariv, known for the KGF films, taking care of the action.
