Thalapathy Vijay’s Master will be one of the first films to hit the screens after the reopening of theatres, once the lockdown gets uplifted. However, the fans have to wait until then. Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj of Maanagaram and Kaithi fame, Master will feature Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi as the antagonist and Malavika Mohanan as the female lead. Popular dubbing artist and actor Raveena Ravi, known for her works in Anegan and I, has lent her voice for Malavika in Master.

Her latest statement about the Vijay starrer has gone viral among the fans on social media and it has indeed given one more reason for fans to get excited about the film. Talking about Master in a recent interview with Cinema Express, Raveena was quoted as saying, “The film itself is different, and not the usual 'mass' entertainer. I was even wondering how Vijay sir accepted some scenes”. Well, going by what Raveena says, it looks like Master will indeed be different from Vijay’s regular films.

Apart from being a dubbing artist, Raveena is also exploring her opportunities as an actor. She made her debut as an actor with the critically acclaimed comedy drama, Oru Kidaiyin Karunai Manu. Currently, she is awaiting the releases of films like, Kavalthurai Ungal Nanban and Rocky (starring Taramani fame Vasanth Ravi and Bharathiraja).
