The title of Sivakarthikeyan's upcoming movie with director Nelson Dhilipkumar of Kolamaavu Kokila fame was announced a couple of months back as Doctor! This unique title seems apt for a movie which is of the thriller genre and has a connection with medicine in the plotline but Sivakarthikeyan will not be playing a doctor in the film. The shoot started recently and has been progressing steadily. Yesterday (Feb 7th), it was announced that Sun TV has grabbed the satellite rights of this Sivakarthikeyan starrer and now the makers have revealed that the audio rights have been sold to Sony Music.

Anirudh is scoring tunes for Doctor and this happens to be his 6th film with Sivakarthikeyan after Ethir Neechal, Maan Karate, Kakki Sattai, Remo, and Velaikkaran. Anirudh also did music Moonu in which SK played a comedian role, that film is where it all started for this unstoppable duo. The title of Doctor was announced along with the theme track which was well-received. The tune was catchy and instantly attractive.
