The young Prasanth Varma burst into the limelight with the 2018 movie Awe. This star-studded multi-starrer won the hearts of legions of fans and turned out to become a cult hit with an unexpected run at the theatres. Prasanth pulled off a coup of sorts by casting Kajal Aggarwal, Nithya Menen, Regina Cassandra, Eesha Rebba, Murali Sharma, Priyadarshi Pullikonda and a whole host of others in his very first movie. Nani was so impressed with the script that he agreed to make it his maiden production venture, under the Wall Poster Cinema banner. 
 
Prasanth’s second film Kalki however didn’t do well at the box office. But we know he is full of talent and Prasanth will bounce back stronger that one thinks. So, what’s his next step? The latest we hear is that the promising young talent will be making a film on the deadly Corona Virus which has been tormenting most of the countries across the globe. Apart from directing it, Prasanth would also be producing the film. It is reported that Prasanth has already completed a portion of the film and would soon resume once the lockdown period is over.
