The recently-concluded third edition of the smash hit Tamil reality TV show, Bigg Boss, gave us a closer look at the lives of several popular celebrities among whom actress Sherin Shringar too has gone on to become a household name across Tamil Nadu. One of the hot favorites to take home the title of the winner of Bigg Boss 3, Sherin eventually came in fourth while Malaysian heartthrob, Mugen Rao, was adjudged as the winner followed by choreographer Sandy as the runner up and Sri Lankan news reader, Losliya, in the third place. With the curtains already down on Bigg Boss 3, Sherin has since been keeping herself busy with preparations for the upcoming celebration for Bigg Boss Kondaattam, which will see all the Bigg Boss participants coming back together for a special one-off performance in front of a live audience and will be telecast as a Diwali special later this week. In the meantime, Sherin tweeted out an emotional statement about her introduction to Tamil audiences alongside Dhanush in the critically and commercially successful 2002 hit, Thulluvadho Ilamai, where she goes on to speak about how her life has changed after Bigg Boss 3 and how Dhanush is at the peak of his life after the release of his recent film, Asuran. Directed by Kasthuri Raja and featuring hit songs by Yuvan Shankar Raja, Thulluvadho Ilamai became an instant raging success launching the careers of Dhanush, Sherin and future director Selvaraghavan, who served as screenwriter. Sherin has starred in all the South Indian languages, but has predominantly been seen in Tamil films among which include Whistle and a special appearance in ‘Chiyaan’ Vikram’s 2008 Bheema in the ‘Rangu Rangamma’ song.
