Paris Paris is an upcoming Tamil film starring Kajal Aggarwal in the lead role. This film, which is directed by Ramesh Aravind, is the official Tamil remake of Kangana Ranaut’s Hindi film, Queen. Produced by Manu Kumaran under the banner of Mediente International Films Ltd, Paris Paris has music scored by Amit Trivedi and cinematography handled by Satya Hegde. The editing is taken care of by Rajan Mohammed. The film's star cast includes Elli Avram, Vinaya Prasad, Bhargavi Narayan, Varun Shashi Rao, Thirunavukkarasu, TP Gajendran and others.

Of late, there have been wide speculations that Paris Paris will have a direct OTT release on Prime Video platform, but there have been no official confirmation regarding that yet. When Galatta Media got in touch with Ramesh Aravind, he said, “I have completed the film long back and handed it over to the producers. I am not sure of the release plans that they have in mind. I am yet to know if the film will have a theatrical release or an OTT release”. The film has been completed long back and waiting for a proper release for quite some time.

Meanwhile, the makers have now released the video of the song, ‘Annachi Kondadu’, which is a celebratory wedding song. This foot tapping dance number is crooned by Jassie Gift and Ananya Bhat. The lyrics of this song is penned by Thamizhachi Thangapandian who has also penned the dialogues of the film. The video song looks colourful and rich and gives a positive vibe. The video has been released on the official YouTube channel of Zee Music who owns the film’s audio rights.

Kajal Aggarwal’s screen presence is attractive and she has got the responsibility to hold the film on her shoulders this time. She will be seen playing the role of Parameshwari. Ramesh Aravind and team is said to have made a few changes from the original to suit the taste of the regional audience. Queen has also been simultaneously remade in Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada as well. Tamannaah will be seen in the lead role in the Telugu remake, while Manjima Mohan and Parul Yadav play the leads in the Malayalam and Kannada remakes respectively.
