The international trailer of Tom Hanks upcoming war movie Greyhound has been released. It has also been announced that this Aaron Schneider directorial would be hitting the screens in June, this year! Greyhound is based on the 1955 novel The Good Shepherd, written by CS Forester. Tom Hanks has also taken up the role of screenwriter for this movie, which also stars Stephen Graham, Rob Morgan and Elisabeth Shue! The action packed trailer shows Tom Hanks commandeering his first warship during World War II and how he has to evade a pack of German submarines (U Boats), to reach the British waters.

Aaron Shneider is returning to direction after a gap of over eleven years with Greyhound and this movie is of a genre that Tom Hanks is rather familiar with. We can look forward to an enticing action entertainer set during World War II, in the offing with this movie!
