One of the fittest women in the South film industries - Samantha Akkineni is redefining boundaries. She is one of the very few women who is continuing to play lead roles even after her marriage. She has been an inspiration to many women in many ways and her fitness is something that leaves not just women but for everybody in awe. Samantha entered movies through the 2010 movie Moscowin Kavery. Cinematographer turned director Ravi Varman selected her to act in film after seeing few of her modelling photos. She played the lead in Gautham Menon’s Ye Maaya Chesave, the Telugu version of VTV. Though Samantha soon got famous in Telugu film circle, she had to wait for a couple of years to get a big break in Tamil which again happened through a Gautham Menon’s film Neethaane En Ponvasantham.

Samantha is one of the very few female heroines to have tasted success featuring in women-centric films. And it is not just a one-time luck thing, she has constantly given hits featuring in female subjects and thereby creating her own market. Over the years, Samantha has improved her acting skills to the fullest. She is now a complete actor but still, Samantha feels there is scope for improvement as she is taking acting lessons from the acclaimed English actress Helen Mirren. Samantha also guarantees her fans that she will be a much better actor after this, her post reads as follows: “When you literally had one productive hour in a 1000 🤓 and must show it off .. (I am a going to be a much better actor now just you wait and see ... if not .......... I will just be deleting this post ) 😚”
