It has been quite a while since we saw a director Prabu Solomon film on the big screen and his last release was Thodari which released in 2016. After a hiatus, it is now time for the updates about the acclaimed filmmaker’s next film. It is a known fact that Prabu Solomon has made a trilingual with Rana Daggubati in the lead role and it was also revealed that the film’s story will revolve around an elephant. The film’s Hindi version is titled Haathi Mere Saathi, while the Tamil and Telugu versions are called Kaadan and Aranya respectively.
The makers have now officially announced the release date of the film and it has made the audience look forward to something exciting and interesting. Haathi Mere Saathi/Kaadan/Aranya will hit the screens on April 2, this year. The release date was revealed through a new poster in which Rana looks spectacular and majestic. The film, which is produced by Eros International, has music scored by Shantanu Moitra and cinematography by A.R.Ashok Kumar.
Vishnu Vishal will be seen in an important character in the Tamil and Telugu versions, while the rest of the cast includes Zoya Hussain , Pulkit Samrat and Shriya Pilagaonkar. The film is said to deal with a very socially concerning theme and is expected to leave a mark with the audience. Check out the poster and the announcement tweet below:
