Actor Karthi is celebrating his birthday today (May 25) and wishes have been pouring in for the talented actor from all quarters. On the professional front, Karthi is busy acting in two big films - Sulthan, directed by Bakkiyaraj Kannan of Remo fame and the historical mega biggie, Ponniyin Selvan, directed by Mani Ratnam. He is also in talks with director P.S.Mithran of Irumbu Thirai and Hero fame for a new film. Meanwhile, Master director Lokesh Kanagaraj took to his Twitter page to post his birthday wishes for his Kaithi hero and the tweet has gone viral among the fans.

Interestingly, Lokesh Kanagaraj and Karthi would be joining hands once again for the sequel of Kaithi, but the project would take a few more years to materialize as both of them are currently very busy with their respective commitments.
