Kollywood witnessed one of the biggest debuts when Chiyaan Vikram's son Dhruv Vikram appeared on the big screens as a lead actor in the romantic drama film Adithya Varma, the official Tamil remake of the hit film Arjun Reddy. Adithya Varma hit the theatres a few months back and the film was a big success following positive reviews from the fans and the critics as well. Dhruv Vikram was widely applauded for his impressive performance on his debut. 

Adithya Varma, directed by Gireesaaya was produced by Mukesh Mehta under the production banner E4 Entertainment. Banita Sandhu played the lady lead as some exciting names like Priya Anand, Anbu Thasan, Leela Samson, Raja and Bagavathi Perumal were seen in other important roles.
