Bollywood superstar Salman Khan’s second film with Prabhu Deva as the director after the 2009 blockbuster, Wanted, is the upcoming, Dabanng 3, gearing up for a massive worldwide release on December 20 in light of the Christmas holidays. Jointly produced by Salman Khan Films, Arbaaz Khan Productions and Saffron Broadcast & Media Limited banners, the upcoming mass action entertainer includes Sonakshi Sinha as the female lead while director and actor Mahesh Manjrekar’s daughter, Saiee Manjrekar is making her debut and Kannada actor Sudeep is playing the role of the antagonist. So far, promotions for the film have been on point with the response from fans being quite positive. The makers had released the videos of the ‘Hud Hud’ and ‘Yu Karke’ songs to the delight of Salman Khan’s hardcore fans everywhere. Featured on the lead pair, Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha, the ‘Yu Karke’ making video has now been released, which also sees Prabhu Deva, the composer duo Sajid-Wajid and choreographer Vaibhavi Merchant speaking about working on how the track was conceived from the recording studio to being shot in live locations.
Sung by Salman Khan and Payal Dev, ‘Yu Karke’ has lyrics penned by Danish Sabri and reminds many of the chart-buster ‘Saree Ke Fall Sa’ number from R...Rajkumar, which incidentally was featured on Sonakshi Sinha after which she became a huge name across the nation. In Dabanng 3, we see Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha reprising their roles as Inspector Chulbul Pandey and Rajjo Pandey while newcomer Saiee Manjrekar is making her debut as Chulbul's former lover, Khushi. Ever since it was announced that a third installment in the Dabangg franchise was being made, fans have been ecstatic with excitement and enthusiasm. There are tremendous expectations surrounding Dabanng 3 considering the previous two films went on to make over 500 crores in worldwide box office collections.
