Dr. Vimala Rani stated, "We are giving admissions to children with learning disabilities in our school because we trained our teachers. Every year, there will be two teachers who will be given the necessary training. There will be two teachers in the kindergarten, primary level, and high school levels, who will undergo training to handle those children." Dr. Vimala Rani also goes on to explain the Seek Foundation's role in providing education for mentally challenged children at the Don Guanella Special School. She said, "Around 90-95% of children there are mentally challenged and they cannot be enrolled in regular schools because their needs will be different. Under such circumstances, we connect with the Don Guanella Special School and they will teach the children according to their abilities. So, we pay the salary of the teachers on a monthly basis there and give the children their uniforms, make arrangements for their transportation."
