National Award-winning actor Vikram's next film is the tentatively titled Chiyaan 60 and has raised the curiosity among fans ever since the project was announced last year. Being directed by blockbuster director Karthik Subbaraj of Petta fame, the upcoming film also starring Vikram's son Dhruv is billed to be an intense gangster action drama under Lalit Kumar's 7 Screen Studios banner. The film has created massive expectations among fans who are waiting to witness the father-son combo of Vikram and Dhruv for the first time on the big screen. With production on Chiyaan 60 currently underway at a brisk pace, Master Raghavan Murugan, who appeared as a child artiste in films like Sethupathi, Maari 2 and Bhaskar Oru Rascal to name a few, has revealed that he will be seen next in the Vikram and Dhruv-starrer.

Master Raghavan Murugan took to social media on Thursday to drop the announcement about coming on board Chiyaan 60 and informed fans that he has completed shooting his portions in the film. Sharing the film's announcement poster, he wrote, "I am a big fan of @ksubbaraj uncle's film and got chance to act in his next film chiyaan 60 all my portions got completed in Kanchipuram. #chiyaan60 #chiyaanvikram #vikram #dhruvvikram #karthiksuburaj #actor". Chiyaan 60 is one among the several upcoming lucrative projects for Raghavan, who will also be seen in Mani Ratnam's epic historical drama Ponniyin Selvan and the Vishal-Arya-starrer Enemy.

Chiyaan 60 is currently one of the biggest films in production and also includes leading Tamil actress Simran, followed by Oh My Kadavule heroine Vani Bhojan, with Bobby Simha, Sananth, Muthukumar, Deepak Paramesh among others cast in pivotal roles. The film has a stellar technical team on board with Karthik Subbaraj's frequent collaborator Santhosh Narayanan as the music director, followed by Shreyaas Krishna of Jil Jung Juk and Jagame Thandhiram fame for the cinematography and editing by Vivek Harshan.

Meanwhile, Dhruv Vikram has shared a Chiyaan 60 shooting spot video showing director Karthik Subbaraj in silhouette. The film is a huge one for Karthik Subbaraj who will be looking to jump back to his winning ways after his Jagame Thandhiram with Dhanush didn't fare as expected on the critical front. Dhruv too will be wanting to carry forward the momentum from his power-packed performance in Adithya Varma, which earned him a huge youth fan following.
