Guntur Talkies is a 2016 Telugu adult comedy film directed by National award-winning film director Praveen Sattaru. The movie had Naresh, Siddu Jonnalagadda, Rashmi Gautam in the lead roles and the film also featured actors like Gundu Sudarshan, Mahesh Manjrekar, Shraddha Das, Raja Ravindra, Raghu Babu and Pavala Syamala played supporting characters. The movie was produced by M Raaj Kumar under the production banner of R Studious. Guntur Talkie has music composed by Sricharan Pakala, cinematography by Ram Reddy and editing by Dharmendra Kakarala. The makers of Guntur Talkies decided to release the original version in Tamil by the title Imsai Rani and the official trailer was released a few weeks back. Notably, Guntur Talkies was a big hit when it came out back in 2016 and following the success, the film was remade in Tamil under the title Ivanukku Engeyo Macham Irukku which starred Vemal and Ashna Zaveri in lead roles. Ivanukku Engeyo Macham Irukku released in 2018 and opened to average reviews.
