American country musician Jameson Rodgers tied the knot with his love, Sarah Allison Turner, on Sunday (September 5). Turner, who is also a country singer, exchanged wedding vows with Rodgers in an intimate ceremony, which saw family members and some of the couple’s closest friends grace the occasion at The Venue At Birchwood outside of Nashville, Tennessee. The news of the wedding was first made official by PEOPLE, who reported exclusively, with the singing duo later taking to their respective social media handles to make the happy announcement. Posting pictures from their wedding on Instagram, Rodgers wrote, “Married my dream girl last weekend. Best day of my life. Love you @sarahallisonturner, Thanks @people for the love.” Celebrities like Chris Lane, Jacob Davis and Nicole Combs, Luke Combs’ wife have sent in their congratulatory messages in the comments, including fans who have been wishing the couple a happy married life.

Jameson Rodgers and Sarah Allison Turner’s first meeting was a chance encounter at a songwriting session at the Bluebird Café nearly a decade ago. The two befriended each other and soon began dating six years ago before dropping the announcement of their engagement in October 2020. “I met @sarahallisonturner at the Bluebird 9 years ago. Took a few years for me to finally ask her out. Last night I surprised her there and asked her if she’d marry me. She said YES,” Rodgers wrote on social media at the time about popping the question to his ladylove. Rodgers and Turner are planning for their honeymoon in Mexico sometime later this year. On the work front, Rodgers’ debut hit "Some Girls" was his first charting song on Billboard and the singer will be out touring the road for his live performances for the majority of the fall season.
