The upcoming Telugu magnum opus, RRR, being directed by Baahubali franchise director SS Rajamouli will see Ram Charan and Jr. NTR in the lead roles and has been announced to hit screens worldwide on January 8, 2021. Being made at an estimated budget of Rs. 350-400 crores by DVV Entertainment, RRR featuring music by M. M. Keeravani is a fictitious story based on legendary freedom fighters, Alluri Seetharamaraju and Komaram Bheem with production at present put under hold owing to the huge loss of life across the world due to the coronavirus pandemic.

With the nation currently under a lockdown for the next 21 days, SS Rajamouli had yesterday dropped a massive surprise announcement saying the much-awaited RRR motion poster will be unveiled today along with the title logo on the festive occasion of Ugadi being celebrated by the Telugu-speaking population in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana and world over.

The RRR motion poster is now out with the film including several positive highlights among which is the star cast also featuring names like Bollywood stars Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt, Tamil actor Samuthirakani, Hollywood performers Ray Stevenson and Alison Doody as the lead antagonists, Scott and Lady Scott, while the female lead is being portrayed by actress Olivia Morris as Jennifer. Being a period war action drama, the story is set during the pre-Independence era in the 1920s with plans for the film to be released in as many as 10 languages including Tamil and Hindi.
