Last week, it was officially announced that Anushka - Madhavan starrer Nishabdham (Silence in Tamil) would have a direct OTT release on Prime Video. This pandemic has made a lot of notable biggies to skip the theatrical release and the latest one to join that list is Nishabdham. The film is scheduled to release on October 2, on Gandhi Jayanthi and it is going to be interesting to see how the film is received by the audience. Ahead of the release, the makers have released the official trailer of the film which looks intriguing and tightly packed.

The trailer shows us a glimpse of what the film is going to be about and it sets the right mood for the audience. Anushka will be seen playing the role of an artist who is deaf and dumb. Madhavan will be seen as a musician. As we are introduced to the lead characters in the trailer, it is seen that Anushka and Madhavan enter into a haunted house for a painting that the former needs. Nishabdham is a supernatural thriller that is expected to have a good mix of horror, action, love and emotions. The trailer is neatly packed with some interesting moments that creates a good curiosity.

The makers have managed to hold the suspense throughout the trailer and we will get to know the answers to the questions on the 2nd of October.
