On the occasion of Akkineni Nageswar Rao's birth anniversary, the Akkineni family has declared this year’s ANR National Award. This year the prestigious ANR National Award is being presented to legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan. Big B will be honoured with the award in Hyderabad soon.

 

Sources say that the Shehenshah of Bollywood felt touched and accepted the award. Anjali Devi, Hema Malini , Dr. K. Balachander, Lata Mangeskar, and many other esteemed personalities have received this award.
