It's now official - 'Action King' Arjun has been confirmed to be a part of Tamil superstar Ajith Kumar's next big film, VidaaMuyarchi, and is their reunion after the blockbuster Mankatha (2011). A photo posted by Bigg Boss Tamil season 1 winner Arav on X on Wednesday evening, December 13, shows him alongside Ajith and Arjun spending time and having dinner after a day of shooting in Azerbaijan. This is the first official confirmation of the two big Tamil cinema stars sharing screen space in VidaaMuyarchi after weeks of speculation, with the picture getting a huge response on social media.

Similarly, Arjun also posted a picture of himself from the VidaaMuyarchi shooting spot looking suave and stylish on Thursday afternoon, December 14, while hinting that Ajith had clicked it. The reunion of the duo has had fans excited for quite some time considering fans look forward to witnessing yet another round of a cat-and-mouse game between them once again in the upcoming Magizh Thirumeni directorial after Venkat Prabhu's Mankatha. Arjun's inclusion in VidaaMuyarchi comes after Arav yesterday confirmed his role in the film, with leading Tamil actress Trisha Krishnan also recently revealed to be paired with Ajith once again.
VidaaMuyarchi is subsequently Arjun's next big outing after he recently played one of the antagonists in 'Thalapathy' Vijay's Leo, which has since become one of the highest-grossing films in Tamil cinema history. The action thriller will feature songs and a background score composed by 'Rockstar' Anirudh Ravichander, and also marks the hit music director's reunion with Ajith after their last collaboration, Vedalam (2017). There has been tremendous buzz surrounding VidaaMuyarchi right from the get-go as fans expect Ajith to come out firing on all cylinders considering he has delivered four back-to-back box office successes - Viswasam (2019), Nerkonda Paarvai (2019), Valimai (2022), and Thunivu (2023).
