Vishal has begun dubbing for his first big film of 2023, the highly-anticipated Mark Antony, which is scheduled for a grand theatrical release on the festive occasion of Vinayagar Chathurthi in September. A special behind-the-scenes video of the actor-producer has now been released showing him working with his lines from the studio along with director Adhik Ravichandran of Trisha Illana Nayanthara fame during the final stages of the film's dubbing. Mark Antony has created a massive buzz of late, especially after an action-packed trailer was released back in April to a rousing response, with Vishal and the film's team getting appreciation from 'Thalapathy' Vijay after they presented they showed it to him in person during a special meeting.

Billed to be a sci-fi action entertainer, Mark Antony also stars SJ Suryah, whose acting as witnessed in the visuals in the film's trailer once again received praise. Vishal too was seen changing his voice for one of the characters he portrayed in the film, which revolves around the concept of time travel. The film is said to have been made on a big scale, with the team also avoiding a big mishap after a truck went out of control during filming and almost injured the artistes and crew members. Vishal, SJ Suryah, and Adhik Ravichandran have spoken in a highly positive manner about Mark Antony so far stating that it's going to be a perfect entertainer to be enjoyed in theatres, with fans too expressing their excitement on social media to watch the action unfold this September.
Apart from Vishal and SJ Suryah headlining the star cast of Mark Antony, the film also has Kannum Kannum Kollaiyadithaal actor Ritu Varma playing the female lead, Pushpa fame Sunil, Selvaraghavan, Abhinaya, Redin Kingsley, Y. G. Mahendran, among others appearing in key roles, while National Award winner G. V. Prakash Kumar is the composing the songs and the background score.
