STR has joined the list of singers who have sung for Prashant's next movie Sahasam. The other singers include Anirudh, Shreya Ghoshal, Shankar Mahadevan, Mohit Chauhan, Arjit Singh, Lakshmi Menon and Andrea. The movie is produced by actor Thiagarajan and music is by Thaman. Lyrics are penned by ace lyricists Karky Vairamuthu, Na. Muthukumar, Kabilan & Yugabharathi while debutant director Arun Raj Varma is directing this movie.

Producer and actor Thiagarajan is very happy with the foot tapping songs and has announced that the singers will perform live at the audio launch function. The 'Pudikum pudikum' song sung by Shankar Mahadevan and Shreya Goshal for Kabilan's lyrics has been well received by the fans.
