The wait has officially come to an end for 'Thalapathy' Vijay's fans everywhere as the highly-anticipated Leo trailer is now out and is a blast from start to finish. Directed by blockbuster filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj and featuring music composed by 'Rockstar' Anirudh Ravichander, the action-packed visuals in the upcoming gangster action drama film are nothing short of spectacular and leave audiences wanting more. The Leo trailer is undoubtedly a one-man show with Vijay leading the way and at his finest delivering the blows to the bad guys, while also appearing alongside some of the biggest names in Indian cinema. 

The Leo trailer starts off with Vijay narrating a violent incident where a serial killer goes on to kill many people on the road in Kashmir. There are visuals of 'Action King' Arjun, Mysskin, and Sandy master engaging in violent acts, with Gautham Menon appearing as a brave police officer. We also see Vijay narrating how the police officer's gun lands in his hands, with Mathew Thomas seen holding a spear and a blood-thirsty hyena also appearing in the midst. Vijay is shown to be a baker masquerading under the alias Parthi and is married to Trisha, who are parents to a small girl played by Iyal. The Leo trailer revolves around a conflict between Vijay and Sanjay Dutt, with the latter part of the glimpse filled with peak action. 

Releasing worldwide in cinemas on October 19 in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi languages, Leo marks the 'Thalapathy' Vijay, Lokesh Kanagaraj, and Anirudh Ravichander trio's second outing together after the phenomenal box-office success of their Master (2021). Likewise, the film is also a big reunion for both Vijay and Trisha after the popular Tamil cinema stars ruled the 2000s starring in films Ghilli (2004), Thirupaachi (2005), Aathi (2006), and Kuruvi (2008). With the long-awaited Leo trailer now out, Vijay's fans will no doubt feel super-charged for the film's release in theatres in two weeks' time.
