The wait is all set to come to an end to witness 'Lady Superstar' Nayanthara once again on the big screen before the end of 2023 as the release date of the leading Tamil actress' next film, Annapoorani - 'The Goddess of Food', has now been announced. Initially titled Lady Superstar 75 or N75, the upcoming film directed by debutant Nilesh Krishnaa featuring music composed by Thaman. S is all set to open in cinemas worldwide starting December 1, as per the latest announcement. Considering Annapoorani is a landmark film for Nayanthara, there is quite a lot of anticipation and excitement surrounding the film, which also had a fun-filled title reveal video released on the auspicious occasion of Vijayadashami last week.

Annapoorani - 'The Goddess of Food' will primarily revolve around a Brahmin girl's interest and passion for non-vegetarian cuisine, with Nayanthara set to share screen space with Jai and Sathyaraj, and is a big reunion for her with the duo after Raja Rani (2013) directed by Atlee. The trio will be seen alongside an ensemble star cast featuring the likes of Achyuth Kumar, KS Ravikumar, Redin Kingsley, Kumari Sachu, Renuka, Karthik Kumar, and Suresh Chakkaravarthy, among others, who will be making appearances in key roles.
With Annapoorani's release date now out, we can expect a teaser or trailer along with the release of songs and additional promotional material from the film to be unveiled in the days ahead to kick-start the promotions. 2023 has been a monumental year for Nayanthara as her big Bollywood debut, Jawan, opposite Shah Rukh Khan under Atlee's direction turned out to be a staggering commercial success minting more than 1,100 crores while going on to become the highest-grossing Hindi film in the history cinema (original language). Although her Tamil film Iraivan alongside Jayam Ravi didn't witness favorable results, Nayanthara will be pinning her hopes for Annapoorani - 'The Goddess of Food' to become a box-office success.
