The Telugu film industry's 'Mega' Family has been dealing with a tough time. A fire accident had taken place a couple of days on the sets of Pawan Kalyan's next big film, Hari Hara Veera Mallu, with Allu Arjun's Pushpa 2: The Rule team now meeting with a road accident. The upcoming film's team was returning to Andhra Pradesh in a bus when it collided with a stationary PTC bus at Narketpally, Nalgonda district, Telangana. According to reports, a few members of the Pushpa 2 team had sustained severe injuries and were rushed to a nearby hospital. As of now, details about the incident are unknown and fans are waiting for an official word from the film's team.
The Pushpa 2 team will be looking to assess the situation at hand and see that the cast and the crew members get the necessary treatment for their injuries, and then resume production after its unexpected halt now. Expectations for the film being directed by Sukumar under the blockbuster Telugu film production-distribution banner Mythri Movie Makers banner and featuring music by Devi Sri Prasad are massive ever since production began earlier this year. A considerable amount of filming on Pushpa 2 has already been completed, with reports a while back doing the rounds that the film will be out in cinemas in 2024 after production wraps up.
Pushpa 2: The Rule will see Allu Arjun once again as Pushpa Raj alongside national sensation Rashmika Mandanna as his wife Srivalli, with Fahadh Faasil this time reprising his role as SP Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat in a full-fledged manner, while Jagadeesh Prathap Bandari, Sunil, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Rao Ramesh, Dhananjaya, among others, are also making appearances. The film is the sequel to the 2021 blockbuster Pushpa: The Rise, which continues to rank among the highest-grossing Telugu films of all time.
