Vani Bhojan is a popular actress who entered the big screen after playing the lead in serials. The actress is set to star alongside Vikram Prabhu in the film Paayum Oli Nee Yenakku which is set to release in theatres this weekend. The actor is the differently-abled character who is partially blind in the action thriller film that is directed by debut director Karrthik Adwait. The actress Vani Bhojan recently starred in the Tamil Web series Sengalam which was a political drama. She revealed her exciting line-up saying; she has done a film with Vidharth sir and it's been in the pipeline for a longtime “I heard it's releasing next month”. Next movie with a new director, said the actress. “Everything will be different, different roles and I hope people won’t say that she looks the same in everything. And there is a film with Atharvaa and I have signed a web-series" said the actress. When asked if there is any difference in acting in web series and movies, The actress said I think people will welcome both mediums the same way, because she sees it as the same.

This shows that the actress Vani Bhojan has an exciting line of films that are set to release in the coming months. The actress is known for choosing characters that will add weightage to the film. She became famous on the big screen after the romantic entertainer Oh My Kadavule, in which she starred alongside actor Ashok Selvan. Her upcoming film Paayum Oli Nee Yenakku is set to release in theatres on June 23 and is touted to be an action thriller. Check out the full interview here:

Vani Bhojan is an upcoming actress who became well-known after acting in the Tamil television Soap Opera Deivamagal and went on to act in important roles on silver screen. She then also acted in the Television serial titled Lakshmi Vandhachu. The actress then became famous for her role in the 2020 hit film Oh My Kadavule as she starred alongside Ashok Selvan in the role of an aspiring film director. She then also started in Raame Aandalum Raavane Aandalum and acted in Mahaan alongside 'Chiyaan' Vikram, but her scenes did not make the cut. The recent film starring the actress that was released was Miral. Sengalam is a web-series that was released on Zee5 last week and Vani Bhojan played an important role in the film. It is a political drama set in the Virudhunagar District.

Galatta Media organised a fans meet for Vani Bhojan where she shared some interesting details about her career and her personal life. The anchor asked about the missed opportunity in Gautham Vasudev Menon's directorial hit film Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa. The actress said “I did not go to auditions. at that time I was working in an airline. I didn’t know which role it was for but, they called me and said 'it's Silamabarasan TR sir’s film, we need you for an audition.' You know when you are coming from a conservative family, They (family) will say don’t need to work in the cinema, 'You are leaving what's at hand and thinking of something unreachable', I said no sir I am not coming. Anyways, I have met Gautham Vasudev Menon Sir now, we worked with him in Oh My Kadavule. So at that moment, I was very happy." The actress then revealed some of her missed chances in films and said recently she was approached for the G.V. Prakash starrer Bachelor, but missed the opportunity.

Sengalam is a political web series that has Vani Bojan and Kalaiarasan in lead roles. The series is now streaming on the OTT platform Zee 5 from 24th March. The political drama surrounds three brothers' battle for the district chairman post of a political party. The series also has a talented cast of  Sharath Lohistashwa, Viji Bhairavi Chandrasekhar, Bucks, Muthu Kumar, Daniel Annie Pope, Arjai, Shali Nivekas, Vela Ramamoorthy and others in important roles. It is directed by S R Prabhakaran who previously was a part of Sundarapandian, Idhu Kathivelan Kadhal, Sathriyan and so on. 

The crew of the web series Sengalam, Vani Bhojan, Bucks and Daniel, gave an exclusive interview to Galatta Media where they shared about the process of filming the series and so on. As the anchor asked if the actress Vani Bhojan wants to join politics, Vani Bhojan said “No, playing the role I felt so powerful, Suddenly, Kalaiarasan was like see I was like a real politician. I felt that power, I felt the character was so powerful and I would have someone has to open the door and give silk shawls (during sequences like in real politics). Even co-director Prem asked if I wanted to stand in the election." When asked if she had any understanding of politics. The actress said “I don't think I have that much understanding about politics but when I was a kid, I had an uncle who was very passionate about a particular party and will not stop talking about it."

The anchor then questioned What will the actress Vani Bhojan if she becomes a minister or Chief Minister?. Vani Bhojan said "I will tell you what I won’t do. I will not play the blame game. Because at the end of the day, everything is for the benefit of people." When said she looks like late Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa in the poster of the Sengalam web-series. The actress said “It's a big word, she was an Iron lady and she was an inspiration for every woman, So, it good to hear you say that". Speaking about the look in the poster the actress said “the director was behind every detail in the costume and look, from Vibuthi (holy ash) in the forehead, to the bangles, saree everything was chosen by the director."

Arun Vijay will be making his debut in the digital space with the upcoming Tamil web series, Tamilrockerz which is directed by Arivazhagan of Eeram, Vallinam and Kuttram 23 fame. Legendary production house AVM Productions has bankrolled this web series which is set to stream on the Sony Liv platform. Earlier this evening (July 16), the makers released the official trailer of the web series and it looks promising, piquing our curiosity. The trailer gives us a detailed picture of what the series is going to be about and it has been interestingly done.

Arun Vijay plays Rudhran, a Police officer who is assigned on a mission to nab the men who unofficially leak the pirated prints of the latest Tamil movies through the website, Tamilrockerz. The piracy scene in Tamil cinema is widely known by the public and on that aspect, the majority will be able to connect well with the core of the web series. The series will be high on action and we get to see a glimpse of it through the trailer and Arun Vijay fits the bill perfectly. Ishwarya Menon plays his love interest, while Vani Bhojan plays his colleague at work.

Apart from the leads, the series features Azhagam Perumal, Vinodhini Vaidyanathan, G Marimuthu, Tharun Kumar, Vinod Sagar, Sharath Ravi, Kaaka Muttai Ramesh, Kakka Muttai Vignesh, and Ajit Joshy in supporting roles. Manoj Kumar Kalaivanan has penned the story of Tamilrockerz while the screenplay and dialogues have been penned by him and Rajesh Manjunath. Murugappan Meiyappan and Supriya Koppa have also contributed as the additional writers of the series. Director Arivazhagan seems to have got a potential winner in hand. Through the trailer, the makers have officially announced the release plans of the series. Filmmaker turned actor Sasikumar has been a part of the Tamil film industry for more than a decade and is currently attached to several projects that are gearing up for their releases. Last seen in Samuthirakani's Naadodigal 2, Sasikumar's upcoming lineup includes films like Rajavamsam, MGR Magan, Kombu Vatcha Singamda, Naa Naa, Udan Pirappe and Pagaivanuku Arulvai, which incidentally marks the comeback of Anish Azhanadan to direction after a gap of nearly seven years when he last made the Jai-Nazriya starrer Thirumanam Enum Nikkah. 

Produced under the 4 Monkeys Studio banner, Pagaivanuku Arulvai is an adaptation of William Shakespeare's classic play, Macbeth, with popular TV serial turned film heroine Vani Bhojan and Bigg Boss fame Biindhu Madhavi cast as the female leads. With production on the film touted to be a gangster action drama completed, the makers on the auspicious occasion of Vinayagar Chathurthi released the much-awaited Pagaivanuku Arulvai teaser featuring Sasikumar in an out-and-out action mode, with Vani Bhojan and Bindhu Madhavi as well making appearances alongside the rest of the supporting cast that includes Sathish Ninasam, Hareesh Peradi, Jaya Prakash among others. 

The Pagaivanuku Arulvai easer looks interesting right from the get go as it shows Sasikumar in action mode, with the story hinted to be set in different time periods. The film no doubt is a step away from the romantic comedy, Thirumanam Enum Nikkah, for director Anish, who will want to hit the bullseye this time. Featuring music by Ghibran, Pagaivanuku Arulvai has a talented technical team on board among whom are Karthik K Thillai as the cinematographer, Mu. Kasi Vishwanathan as the editor, Vijay Thennarasu for the art direction, followed by choreography by Dina and 'Action' Noor for the stunts.

Vaibhav is gearing up for the release of his next Tamil film, Malaysia to Amnesia which is directed by ace filmmaker Radhamohan, of Mozhi and Abhiyum Naanum fame. Malaysia to Amnesia features the young and happening sensation Vani Bhojan as the female lead and the film will mark her second outing with Vaibhav after Lockup. The film is scheduled to release on May 28 on Zee 5 streaming platform and this is a film that was planned, shot, and executed for an OTT release. MS Bhaskar and Karunakaran will be seen playing crucial roles in this comedy entertainer. Ahead of the movie's release, the makers have now officially released the film's trailer which looks quite promising.

The trailer assures good fun and let us hope that the movie turns out to be an interesting watch. The trailer gives us a glimpse of what to expect in the film. Vaibhav plays a man who probably loses his memories due to reasons unknown, but did he lose his memory for real? MS Bhaskar plays Vaibhav's father in law in the movie and he scores well in this trailer. The combination scenes of Vaibhav and MS Bhaskar are going to be the major highlight of Malaysia to Amnesia. Vani Bhojan, who will be seen as Vaibhav's wife, looks pretty and it looks like she has got a meaty role to perform.

Riya Suman plays an important role and she adds more colour to the movie. From what we see in the trailer, it looks like her character will have a crucial role to play in the film's conflict as we see Vaibhav attracted to her. Ace music director Yuvan Shankar Raja released the trailer of the movie through his official social media pages and he wished the entire team a grand success. A few months before, it was officially announced that Vaibhav and Vani Bhojan will be pairing once again (after Lock Up) for a new Tamil film under the direction of Radhamohan, who is known for his feel-good emotional dramas like Mozhi, Abhiyum Naanum, Azhagiya Theeye, Brindhavanam, and more. The additional update was that the film has been made as a direct OTT film and it will release directly on Zee 5 streaming platform. The announcement made the film buffs look forward to the project. The title of this new film has now been officially revealed and it is Malaysia to Amnesia. Yes! The Vaibhav - Vani Bhojan starrer, directed by Radhamohan, is called Malaysia to Amnesia and the title very much tells that the film is going to be high on the fun quotient.

Apart from Vaibhav and Vani Bhojan, the film also features MS Bhaskar and Karunakaran in crucial roles. The film will have music composed by Premgi Amaren. On the technical side, the film has cinematography handled by Mahesh Muthuswamy, art direction by Kathir, and editing by Praveen KL. Along with the title revelation, the makers have announced that the first look poster of Malaysia to Amnesia will be unveiled tomorrow (May 9). The first look will probably give us a better idea of the movie's storyline and characters.

From the title, it looks like the film's story has an interesting connection with amnesia. The shooting of the film is already completed and the makers are currently busy with the post-production works. If things go as per plan, we can expect Malaysia to Amnesia to release on Zee 5 platform in the next few weeks. Director Radhamohan's films are known to have a strong emotional connect with the viewers and let us see if Malaysia to Amnesia makes that connect. The upcoming Vikram and Dhruv Vikram starrer tentatively titled Chiyaan 60 has seen a number of announcements over the past week, with the film being directed by Karthik Subbaraj creating massive buzz right from the moment of its announcement. Being produced by Lalit Kumar's 7 Screen Studios banner, Chiyaan 60 kicked off its shooting earlier this week, with fans waiting to witness the real-life father and son duo acting together for the first time on the big screen. Dhruv, who exploded with his thunderous performance in Adithya Varma, will be looking to deliver a sizzling act once again alongside his National Award-winning father, with the makers of Chiyaan 60 on Saturday dropping the announcement of actress Vani Bhojan coming on board the project.

Chiyaan 60 is one of the biggest Tamil films currently in development as it will not only see Vikram and Dhruv coming together, but also the inclusion of leading actress Simran. The upcoming film, touted to be a mass action entertainer, will incidentally be the second outing for Simran alongside Vikram after Dhruva Natchathiram, including her second association with Karthik Subbaraj after the blockbuster Petta. Likewise, Chiyaan 60 had also roped in another National Award-winning actor Bobby Simha, who has frequently collaborated with Karthik Subbaraj since their early days and had last worked together in the anthology film, Putham Pudhu Kaalai, in the Miracle segment. 

On the technical front, Chiyaan 60 had witnessed a big change in the form of composer Santhosh Narayanan replacing Anirudh Ravichander for the music and background score. As of now, Shreyaas Krishna has been announced to be handling the cinematography, with more big names in the cast and crew expected to be revealed in the days ahead. 

Bigg Boss sensation Ramya Pandian recently announced that she would be acting in a new film under the production of Suriya’s 2D Entertainment and the news created a sensational buzz on social media. Wishes poured in for the young talent and this one, being her first film after the Bigg Boss stint, everyone is hyped and excited about the project already. Ramya Pandian had signed this film already, even before entering the Bigg Boss house, but the shoot did not take off due to the Covid-19 restrictions and other reasons. Now that the situation is slowly getting back to normal, the film was officially launched this morning (January 31) in Chennai.

This untitled film is tentatively called ‘Production No. 14’, marking 2D Entertainment’s 14th production venture. This film will be directed by debutant Arisil Moorthy. The young and happening sensation Vani Bhojan is also a part of the film and she also plays one of the leads, alongside Ramya Pandian. With two promising and much loved personalities leading the film from the front, it is going to be an interesting watch. Popular YouTube reviewer ‘Kodangi’ Vadivel Murugan will also be acting in this film in an important role. Details regarding the film’s premise or genre are yet to be disclosed and further information is awaited. Popular singer Krishh will be making his debut as a music director with this movie and we hope this film turns out to be a perfect launchpad for him.

Suriya is also simultaneously producing another kids based film that stars Arun Vijay’s son, Arnav Vijay in the lead role.

On the acting front, Suriya is expected to begin shooting for his film with director Pandiraj from next month. Produced by Sun Pictures, the film features Doctor fame Priyanka Arul Mohan as the female lead and Sathyaraj in an important role. Vani Bhojan is now turning out to be one of the most happening heroines in Tamil cinema. After making her silver screen debut as a female lead with Ashwath Marimuthu directorial, Oh My Kadavule, Vani Bhojan has bagged some exciting good projects. She was recently seen in the Tamil web series, Triples, directed by Charukesh Sekar and produced by Karthik Subbaraj. Vani was paired opposite Jai in this romantic comedy that is streaming now on Disney + Hotstar OTT platform. Meanwhile, Vani’s next film in Tamil cinema is officially announced and she will be sharing screen space with actor Sasikumar for the first time.

This new film also features Bigg Boss fame Bindhu Madhavi as the other female lead and we aren’t sure who is going to pair Sasikumar in the film. This new movie is titled Pagaivanuku Arulvai and it is directed by Anis who made his directorial debut with the Jai - Nazriya starrer Thirumanam Enum Nikkah. Interestingly, Pagaivanuku Arulvai is an adaptation of William Shakespeare's classic play, Macbeth. Initially, this film was supposed to have Lucia fame actor Sathish Ninasam in the lead role, but it looks like Sasikumar has now replaced him.

Produced by Kishore under the banner of 4 Monkeys Studio, this film will have music scored by Ghibran and editing by Mu Kasi Vishwanathan. The film was officially launched this morning (December 14) with a special pooja. The shooting of the film will happen in the city for the next few days. The lead cast of Sasikumar, Vani Bhojan, and Bindhu Madhavi looks fresh and let us hope that the film turns out to be likable. Director Anis is getting back to filming after a long gap of 6-7 years and hence Pagaivanuku Arulvai is definitely a film to watch out for.

Apart from this film, Sasikumar has several other interesting movies in his lineup and all these projects are in different stages of production. His next set of films include MGR Magan, Kombu Vatcha Singamda, Rajavamsam, Naa Naa, Paramaguru, etc. MGR Magan is censored with a U certificate and is being planned to release in theatres very soon.
