'Thalapathy' Vijay's The Greatest of All Time is progressing at a steady pace under blockbuster filmmaker Venkat Prabhu's direction. The highly-anticipated film also includes a talented ensemble of stars among whom Tamil actor Vaibhav will be appearing in a key role. Vaibhav, who is set to be seen next in the lead role in Ranam in theatres starting February 23, addressed media persons on Monday, and shared an anecdote about his conversation with Vijay and Venkat Prabhu at The Greatest of All Time shooting spot, while also hinting at the upcoming film's story. 

Speaking to the press about The Greatest of All Time, Vaibhav opened up on a scene featuring him and Vijay, which hints at time travel and science-fiction. He said, "During the shooting of a sequence, Vijay sir asked, 'I know Vaibhav already, right?' Venkat Prabhu then says, 'Yes, after seeing him in that scene, he'll seem a bit different here.' I was just standing there with a blank face. Venkat Prabhu then gives an explanation to him (Vijay) about the scene and how our characters meet. Then, Vijay sir asked me, 'What are you staring at blankly?' I said, 'You know the story. So, you can ask your doubts. I don't know the story. What can I ask?' He then queried me, 'You've been shooting for so many days and don't know the story?' Venkat Prabhu then intervened and told me to keep quiet. That's all that I know about the story, but I can say for sure that the film is shaping up really good." 

The Greatest of All Time is gearing up for a grand theatrical release this year and will see Vijay and Vaibhav appearing alongside a massive star cast starting with Kolai fame Meenakshi Chaudhary playing the female lead, while Prashanth, Prabhu Deva, Jayaram, Laila, Sneha, Yogi Babu, Mohan, Ajmal Amir, VTV Ganesh, Premgi Amaren, Aravind Akash, and Ajay Raaj, among others will be appearing in pivotal roles, with the songs and the background score being composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. 

Leading Tamil film production and distribution banner KJR Studios have bankrolled and presented several notable films over the past few years among which include Nayanthara's Aramm and Airaa, Prabhudeva's Gulaebaghavali, Sivakarthikeyan's Hero, the Aishwarya Rajesh and Vijay Sethupathi-starrer Ka Pae Ranasingam, including the 'Thala' Ajith box office blockbuster Viswasam. KJR Studios' upcoming lineup also includes films like Santhanam's Dikkiloona and Sivakarthikeyan's Doctor and Ayalaan, including the fantasy comedy thriller Aalambana starring Vaibhav and Parvati Nair in the lead roles under debutant Pari K. Vijay's direction, who is a former associate of Ratsasan director Ramkumar. Among them, the production on Aalambana had wrapped up in February this year, with promotions now being resumed once again, with KJR Studios in association with Koustubh Entertainment releasing the first single track from the film titled 'Eppa Paarthaalum'. 

According to reports, Aalambana will be based on the tales of Aladdin, with popular Tamil actor Munishkanth speculated to be appearing in the role of a genie. Composer turned actor and director Hiphop Tamizha Adhi has set the tunes and background score for Aalambana, with the 'Eppa Paarthaalum' song sung by popular Bollywood singer Armaan Malik to the lyrics penned by acclaimed Tamil lyricist Pa. Vijay. 

Apart from the lead pair Vaibhav and Parvati Nair, Aalambana also features Anandraj, Dindigul I Leoni, Kabir Duhan Singh, Kaali Venkat, Murali Sharma among others in pivotal roles, with cinematography by Vinoth Rathinasamy, editing by San Lokesh and stunts by Peter Hein, while T. Ezhumalaiyan is serving as the executive producer and P. Chandra is the creative producer. Aalambana created a lot of buzz among Tamil cinema fans after the film's first look poster was released and included only a genie's lamp.

A few months before, it was officially announced that Vaibhav and Vani Bhojan will be pairing once again (after Lock Up) for a new Tamil film under the direction of Radhamohan, who is known for his feel-good emotional dramas like Mozhi, Abhiyum Naanum, Azhagiya Theeye, Brindhavanam, and more. The additional update was that the film has been made as a direct OTT film and it will release directly on Zee 5 streaming platform. The announcement made the film buffs look forward to the project. The title of this new film has now been officially revealed and it is Malaysia to Amnesia. Yes! The Vaibhav - Vani Bhojan starrer, directed by Radhamohan, is called Malaysia to Amnesia and the title very much tells that the film is going to be high on the fun quotient.

Apart from Vaibhav and Vani Bhojan, the film also features MS Bhaskar and Karunakaran in crucial roles. The film will have music composed by Premgi Amaren. On the technical side, the film has cinematography handled by Mahesh Muthuswamy, art direction by Kathir, and editing by Praveen KL. Along with the title revelation, the makers have announced that the first look poster of Malaysia to Amnesia will be unveiled tomorrow (May 9). The first look will probably give us a better idea of the movie's storyline and characters.

From the title, it looks like the film's story has an interesting connection with amnesia. The shooting of the film is already completed and the makers are currently busy with the post-production works. If things go as per plan, we can expect Malaysia to Amnesia to release on Zee 5 platform in the next few weeks. Director Radhamohan's films are known to have a strong emotional connect with the viewers and let us see if Malaysia to Amnesia makes that connect. Popular Bollywood actress Dia Mirza shared pictures from her wedding to entrepreneur Vaibhav Rekhi on her social media page on Tuesday. Known among fans for starring in films like Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein (Minnale Hindi remake), Parineeta, Lage Raho Munna Bhai, Shootout at Lokhandwala, Krazzy 4, Sanju, including last year's Thappad, Dia captioned each of her wedding pictures, "Love is a full-circle that we call home. And what a miracle it is to hear its knock, open the door and be found by it. Sharing this moment of completion and joy with you..my extended family. May all puzzles find their missing pieces, may all hearts heal and may the miracle of love continue to unfold all around us."

Among the wedding photos, the first and second pictures show the couple taking 'pheras', while the third image has them participating in the 'varmala' ceremony. The fourth picture shows the newly-married couple sitting at the 'mandap' and following the instructions of the ritual. The news of Dia and Vaibhav's wedding had come as a big surprise to many as the couple had never before spoken about their relationship publicly, until Monday. Yesterday, Dia had posted pictures from her bridal shower ceremony, with the paparazzi as well clicking photos from the venue, which had been adorned in floral arrangements. The ceremony, which reportedly saw around 50 guests taking part, also had Dia and Vaibhav appearing before the paparazzi and distributing sweets to them. Dia, who wore a red saree for her big day, took the spotlight, with the paparazzi asking her to call Vaibhav, to which she replied saying 'he is shy'. 

According to reports, Dia Mirza and Vaibhav Rekhi had gotten close to each other during the lockdown period last year and begun dating thereafter. They soon decided to take their relationship to the next level, but kept it out of the public eye. Dia, who will next be seen in the Telugu film, Wild Dog, starring Nagarjuna, which incidentally will be her debut in the language, had previously been married to her longtime business partner Sahil Sangha in October 2014 and had announced their separation in August 2019. A Mumbai-based businessman, Vaibhav owns Piramal Fund Management Pvt Ltd and is a partner in the firm Piramal-Capital and Housing Finance. He had pursued his studies after school at the Wharton Business School of University of Pennsylvania where he completed his graduation. Upon completing his graduation, Vaibhav returned to India and pursued an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.

Vaibhav and Vani Bhojan starred together in the Tamil film titled Lock Up, directed by debutant SG Charles. The film which featured Vaibhav as a police officer, got released directly on Zee 5 streaming platform and it received good reviews from the critics and the audience. The same combo of Vaibhav and Vani Bhojan is all set to enthrall us once again with a new film, this time, under the direction of ace filmmaker Radhamohan, who is known for his feel-good breezy dramas like Azhagiya Theeye, Mozhi, Abhiyum Naanum, Payanam, Brindhavanam, and more. The surprising aspect is that the movie’s shooting has already been completed and it is good to know that Radhamohan has already completed one full film during the lockdown.

This will be a direct OTT release and it will stream on Zee 5 platform very soon. The announcement regarding the project was made yesterday (February 3) and it has made the fans look forward to the movie. While Vaibhav and Vani Bhojan play the lead roles, MS Bhaskar, Karunakaran, and Mayilsamy have been roped in to play supporting roles. MS Bhaskar has always been well utilized by Radhamohan and on that note, we can expect him to leave a mark in this new film, as well. A few pictures have also been released and the images are doing good rounds on social media.

The makers have mentioned that this yet to be titled flick will be a fun-filled comedy entertainer. Premgi Amaren will be scoring music for this film that has cinematography by Mahesh Muthuswamy and editing by Praveen KL. Vaibhav and Vani will be seen as a married couple and let us hope to get to see more of them in this film. It is said that the film is currently in the post-production stage and further updates are expected to be known soon.

Meanwhile, Radhamohan has already completed the shooting of Bommai that stars SJ Surya and Priya Bhavani Shankar in the lead roles. Bommai is scheduled to have a theatrical release during the summer holidays and more updates are awaited. The film will have music scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Bommai is said to deal with a very interesting premise and we hope it turns out to be a solid success at the box office. Actor Vaibhav is known among fans for starring primarily in comedy films, but surprised fans with a commendable performance in the smash hit 2017 film, Meyaadha Maan. Vaibhav's latest release, Taana, is currently running in theatres and has been directed by Yuvraj Subramani with the film's story revolving around the hero hailing from a family who have a heritage of being associated with the police department. With the film out now, the makers have released a scene from Taana, which has been deleted from the theatrical cut, and is featured on Yogi Babu and Madhan Bob. 

Taana includes Nandita Swetha playing the female lead while Yogi Babu is taking care of the comedy and he along with Vaibhav serve some of the biggest highlights throughout the course of the narrative. Produced by M.C.Kalaimamani under the Nobel Movies Production banner, Taana has an impressive supporting cast among whom include names like R. Pandiarajan, Hareesh Peradi in supporting roles featuring music by Vishal Chandrasekar.

In his 12-year-old career, Vaibhav Reddy has slowly and steadily become a minimum guarantee actor, who has explored various roles. He tasted sweet success with his 2017 movie Meyaadha Maan but did not have any release in 2018 with the release of a number of his movies going on hold after completion. He began 2019 by making a special appearance in a song sequence in Superstar Rajinikanth's Petta. His most recent release was the romantic comedy Sixer which had him playing a guy with night blindness. Unfortunately, the movie did not do all that great at the Box Office. He has now moved onto his next. We had recently reported that Vaibhav was to work in a new project under the production of KJR Studios.

We now have more information on this movie. It has come to our notice that Vaibhav will be pairing up with Parvatii Nair, who has now acted alongside Ajith in Yennai Arindhaal, Kamal Haasan in Uttama Villain and Mohanlal in Neerali. She was last seen in the web-series Vella Raja, alongside Bobby Simha. This new movie will be directed by debutante Vijayakumar who assisted director Ram Kumar in the blockbuster hit Raatsasan. Further details regarding this movie are awaited. Meanwhile, Vaibhav is busy with a handful of other projects which are in various stages of production.

Vaibhav is reportedly shooting for Venkat Prabhu's web-series for the Hotstar platform, which will also star Kajal Agarwal. Vaibhav will also be seen donning the khaki uniform for two of his upcoming movies - Taana and Kallam Karka, in which he will be pairing up with small screen star Vani Bhojan. He has also completed shooting for RK Nagar and Kaatteri, both of which have been waiting to release for quite some time now. There are also reports that he will work on a project each for Karthik Subbaraj's Stone Bench Productions and Seethakathi producers Passion Studios. Things sure seem to be looking up for this talented star!
