South Indian sensation Rashmika Mandanna has risen to the top of the league in quick time after just 10 film releases to date. The popular actress became a major crowd puller in Kannada and Telugu films, while having garnered a massive fan following among Tamil audiences despite not having a single release till now. Known prominently for her films such as Kirik Party, Geetha Govindam, Dear Comrade, Sarileru Neekevvaru and Bheeshma, Rashmika is now said to be in contention to play the female lead in blockbuster director Surendar Reddy's next venture. 

Surender Reddy, whose Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy starring 'Mega Star' Chiranjeevi turned out to be a phenomenal success last year, had recently announced Akhil Akkineni to be the lead in his upcoming next. Now, there is a strong buzz that Rashmika Mandanna will likely be paired in the film opposite Akhil, which has left her fans quite excited, who are now waiting for an official confirmation. As for Akhil Akkineni, he will also be seen in the highly anticipated Most Eligible Bachelor opposite the sultry diva Pooja Hegde. The film's first look poster featuring both stars received a tremendous response from fans sometime back. 

Rashmika is currently attached to the Kannada action thriller, Pogaru, opposite Dhruva Sarja, while she will also be seen opposite Telugu superstar Allu Arjun in Pushpa, which has him playing the role of a sandalwood smuggler. Tamil cinema fans too will finally be getting to see the gorgeous actress in the action comedy family entertainer, Sulthan, opposite Karthi, as the film wrapped up production recently and is reportedly being planned for a theatrical release alongside 'Thalapathy' Vijay's Master. 

It has truly been a remarkable time in Rashmika's professional career considering she is landing big projects opposite top stars and that too in such a short span of time. The popular actress who time and again continues to charm fans with her cute expressions had stunned fans with a power-packed performance in last year's romantic action drama, Dear Comrade, opposite Vijay Deverakonda, in which she nailed the role of a state cricket player. 

Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is undoubtedly one of the most-awaited films of this year. The film, which has been made on a massive budget of 270 crore, the film boasts of a huge cast including names like Chiranjeevi, Amitabh Bachchan, Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara, Tamannaah and many more. As the film is getting ready for a release on October 2, many are talking about its pre-release business. Although the makers have not started the publicity of the film properly, it seems like the word-of-mouth for the same is a lot. Now, our sources have confirmed to us that Supergood Films have acquired the Tamil Nadu rights of the film!

Our sources exclusively told us that Supergood Films struck the deal with the makers and bagged the Tamil Nadu theatrical rights. This indeed is huge as theatres in TN are sure to go full once this film releases. According to reports, the film has fetched Rs 190.60 crore from the sale of its global distribution rights and Rs 110.50 crore from its non-theatrical right, thus, making it a total of Rs 301.10 crore.

Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’s digital rights have been sold to Amazon Prime Video for a high price of 40 crore, according to reports. Directed by Surender Reddy, the film is based on the life story of freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy.

Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is an upcoming biographical drama that has a huge star cast including Megastar Chiranjeevi, Amitabh Bachchan, Kichcha Sudeep, Vijay Sethupathi, Jagapati Babu, Nayanthara, Tamannaah and Anushka Shetty. This magnum opus is bankrolled by Ram Charan, under the banner of Konidela Production Company and is directed by Surender Reddy. As confirmed by Megastar Chiranjeevi himself, this star-studded movie will be releasing on October 2nd of 2019, marking the occasion of Gandhi Jayanthi. And the recent news on this movie is that Pawan Kalyan will be lending his voice for the teaser of Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. Director Surender Reddy is currently overseeing the VFX and the other post-production works. This movie is written by the Paruchuri brothers and the dialogues are penned by Sai Madhav Burra. The songs for this movie have been composed by Amit Trivedi while the art direction department is managed by Rajeevan. With a budget of over Rs. 250 crores, the cinematography of this magnum opus is handled by R. Rathnavelu aka Randy and the editing is headed by Sreekar Prasad.

Since the time of the teaser release, the Megastar Chiranjeevi's fans are excited and looking forward to witness him as the freedom fighter in the titular role of Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy is a man who rebelled against the East India Company, and this period drama is directed by Surender Reddy, who has earlier done films like Kick, Race Gurram, and Dhruva. This movie would be featuring Kichcha Sudeep, Vijay Sethupathi, Jagapati Babu, Nayanthara, Tamannaah, Anushka Shetty in the star cast with Bollywood legend, Amitabh Bachchan in a cameo. Financed by Ram Charan, under the banner of Konidela Productions, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy finally has the release date. This star-studded movie will be releasing on the October 2nd of 2019, on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanthi. A few reports on social media suggested that the film could be postponed to Sankranti 2020. However, Chiru has officially denied the rumours and clarified that the film is very much on track to release on October 2.
