Tamil cinema's star couple Prasanna and Sneha have completed 11 years of marriage and shared adorable pictures of themselves on the occasion of their wedding anniversary today. Having met on the sets of the critically-acclaimed 2009 Tamil film, Achchamundu! Achchamundu!, the couple tied the knot in 2011, with the blessings of both their families and are now parents to two children - son Vihaan and daughter Aadhyantaa. On the special occasion of their wedding anniversary, Prasanna has now penned a romantic note to Sneha expressing his gratitude to her for being through his tough times, while also dispelling the rumors that were circulating sometime back about their relationship hitting the rocks in the postscript of his Instagram post.
Prasanna wrote, "Hey pondatti, on this special day, I just want to say, That holding your hand through life's twists and turns, Is a journey I'm grateful to take, no matter what we've learned. I've faced hardships and challenges, it's true, But with you by my side, there's nothing I can't do. Your love is a light that guides me through the dark, And I'm so grateful to have you as my partner, my spark. (sic)" He added, "Our children, your precious gift, are a blessing from above. And you, my dear, you keep my world awesome, With your love, your smile, your endless blossom. So here's to another year of holding hands, Of taking the unknown paths to far-off lands, Of facing hardships, but never giving in, Of giving love, time and time again. (sic)" Wishing Sneha on their big day, Prasanna further said, "Happy anniversary, my love, my kannamma, Let's make the most of every moment, every start. I love you now and forevermore, Together, let's keep our love strong and soar.â¤ï¸(sic)" He concluded his statement with the postscript note saying, "P.S - let the rumors die a million deaths as we live our life to the fullest. (sic)"
On the work front, Prasanna, who was seen earlier this year in a key role in Udhayanidhi Stalin's Kannai Nambathey, will be reprising his role as Manohar in Thupparivaalan 2 under Vishal's direction, with filming yet to kick off. The actor will also be playing a big role in Dulquer Salmaan's upcoming gangster film, King of Kotha, in Malayalam, which is scheduled to come out in theatres worldwide on August 24 as an Onam release.

Popular Hindi television and film actor Iqbal Khan and his wife Sneha Chhabra have announced that they are expecting their second child. The couple dropped the big news on social media, with Sneha sharing an adorable photo of herself with Iqbal and flaunting her baby bump. Acknowledging the wishes from fans and her loved ones, Sneha's Instagram post read, "Merry Christmas. Blessed, grateful and loved. Sending lots of love and blessings to each and everyone. Special duaas for those who are unable to spend this holiday season with their loved ones. #christmasonboard #khans #familia #xmascolors #babyonboard #mumbaiblogger #momblogger #contentcreator #godiskind". Actor Amit Tandon, a close friend of the couple, wished them the best, commenting: "Congrats guys wow that’s amazing."
Likewise, Sneha also shared another photo in which she can be seen in a long blue gown dress. She also posted a few pictures of herself in a large t-shirt and revealed that it was Iqbal's. Sneha said, "Oversized tee but make it werrrrkkk! Wearing the husband’s tee & he definitely doesn’t mind." The couple tied the knot in 2007 and welcomed their first child, a daughter in 2011, whom they named Ammara.
As for Iqbal Khan, the actor made his television debut on the show Kaisa Yeh Pyar Hai and went on to become a household name in quick time. He has since made appearances on popular TV serials like Kavyanjali, Kahiin To Hoga, Yahaaan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli, Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani, Kaisa Yeh Pyar Hai, Tumhari Pakhi to name a notable few. Iqbal has also featured in supporting roles in Bollywood films like Fun2shh... Dudes in the 10th Century, Bullet: Ek Dhamaka, Unforgettable, and the Kiara Advani-starrer Indoo Ki Jawani last year.

Sneha who was last seen playing one of the female leads in the Dhanush starrer Pattas, has officially signed her next film in Kollywood. She will be playing an important role in a kids-friendly film titled Shot Boot 3 which was officially announced yesterday (September 15). Sneha will be paired opposite director and actor Venkat Prabhu in this film which will be directed by Arunachalam Vaidyanathan, known for directing movies like Achamundu Achamundu, Nibunan, and Peruchazhi (Malayalam). Venkat Prabhu was recently seen as an actor in Kasada Tabara and his performance received a positive response from the audience. Apart from Sneha and Venkat Prabhu, Yogi Babu will also be a part of the project, playing a pivotal character.
Four child actors will be seen playing the lead roles in this film and the story is said to be centred around their lives. This film will mark Sneha's second outing with director Arunachalam Vaidyanathan after the critically acclaimed thriller, Achamundu Achamundu. According to reports, Sneha will be playing a mother and her character is said to be quite different from the ones that we've seen in the past. The shooting of the film began in Chennai yesterday (September 15) and the film has been planned as a quickie. Music legend A.R.Rahman officially unveiled the title look poster of the film and he wished the entire team a grand success.
Sharing the title look poster of Shot Boot 3, A.R.Rahman tweeted, "Best wishes to @Arunvaid and the entire team of #ShotBootThree for the launch of the film. #SpreadLove". Produced by Universe Creations, in association with Trident Arts, this film will have music composed by the legendary veena player, Rajhesh Vaidhya. Sudarshan Srinivasan will be handling the cinematography, while the editing will be taken care of by Sathish Suriya. Arunachalam Vaidyanathan and Anand Raghav have penned the screenplay together. Earlier today (July 18), popular celebrity couple Prasanna and Sneha got vaccinated against Covid-19 and Prasanna took to his official social media pages to share pictures of the vaccination. However, it looks like Sneha was quite scared about the injection and took a few seconds to get prepared for the same. Prasanna captured Sneha's reactions during the vaccination as a video and the video has now grabbed the attention of the netizens. Sneha's cute reactions has put a smile on the faces of the social media users and it has been doing rounds among the fans.
Prasanna shared the video on his official Instagram page and on a funnier note, he wrote, "The Jab drama @realactress_sneha 🤣 🤣 🤣". On the professional front, Sneha was last seen playing one of the female leads in Pattas, starring Dhanush in the lead role. Details regarding Sneha's next film in Tamil are yet to be known and we will keep you posted about it.
On the other hand, Prasanna's next release will be Navarasa, the Netflix anthology, produced by Mani Ratnam and Jayendra. Prasanna will be seen playing one of the leads in the directorial segment of Karthick Naren, which is titled 'Project Agni'. Prasanna shares screen space with Arvind Swami and Poorna in this short film. Prasanna will also be seen playing a crucial role in Thupparivaalan 2, which will mark the directorial debut of actor Vishal. Produced by Vishal Film Factory, Thupparivaalan 2 will have music composed by Ilaiyaraaja.

Popular actor Vikram Singh Chauhan, known for starring in the Hindi television show Yehh Jadu Hai Jinn Ka, married his girlfriend Sneha Shukla on Friday. The wedding took place in Dehradun in the presence of their parents, with Vikram Singh Chauhan sharing the first photograph on social media of him alongside his wife and announcing that they have now become 'official'. Stating that they did not want a grand celebration amid the coronavirus pandemic, the actor wrote that they opted for an intimate private ceremony, while adding that they did miss many of their friends and other family members on their special day.
Posting a photo from the wedding, Vikram Singh Chauhan wrote, "We just became official – With the blessings of our parents and God – Sneha and I entered into a new phase of our life. Amidst all that’s going on we decided not to have any grand celebration, but have a small intimate ceremony, though we missed having our friends and family with us on our special day. Having made appearances in Hindi films namely The Perfect Girl and Mardaani 2, Vikram Singh Chauhan recently in an interview shed details on how love blossomed with Sneha Shukla. He told that Sneha was technically his boss at the office they were working at who encouraged him constantly to keep pursuing his dreams. Although they were friends in the beginning, their relationship took a turn when romance blossomed between the two, with Vikram also sharing that the couple had initially planned to get married last year, but put it on hold owing to the lockdown. He said that they didn't want to delay their wedding any further this time around and went ahead with just their parents at the ceremony.
Speaking to ETimes, Vikram Singh Chauhan said, "All of us present at the wedding got our RT PCR tests done along with antigen tests. Even the pandits and the photographers were tested. We were able to enjoy the wedding rituals and understand them better way since we had a lot of time,". The couple had initially planned to go to the Maldives for their honeymoon, but canceled their trip and are now at Vikram's hometown.

Thalapathy Vijay’s niece, Sneha Britto (daughter of Master producer Xavier Britto) got married to Atharvaa’s younger brother Akash Murali yesterday at a simple church wedding. The couple, who were in love for the past few years, got engaged recently in Chennai and even actor Vijay attended the wedding function along with her wife Sangeetha Vijay. Thalapathy Vijay however wasn’t seen in the photos that were at the wedding yesterday. So, we are not sure if Thaalapthy Vijay attended the wedding of her niece. This means that Vijay and Atharvaa Murali are now related to each other. Akash and Sneha met each other during their undergrad days in Singapore and fell in love. We also hear that the families initially disapproved of their love due to religious differences. The couple convinced their families and are now taking their relationship ahead. Sneha, who is the granddaughter of SA Chandrasekhar is running an educational institution while Akash owns a restaurant in the city. Meanwhile, Akash will also make his film debut next year and will be bankrolled by Atharvaa’s production banner.

Dhanush's Pattas had a grand release in January on the occasion of the Pongal festival alongside Rajinikanth's Darbar and the film opened to mixed reviews from fans and the critics. Dhanush and director RS Durai Senthilkumar teamed up for the second time for Pattas and the movie was produced by TG Thyagarajan under the banner of Sathya Jyothi Films. Dhanush played dual roles in the film which had two gorgeous ladies Sneha and Mahreen Pirzada as lady leads. Names like Munishkanth, Naveen Chandra and Sathish played other important roles in the movie. The cinematography was handled by Om Prakash and the editing was taken care by Prakash Mabbu. National Award-winning actor Dhanush's 2020 kicked off with the Pongal release, Pattas, which had him playing dual roles for the second occasion in his career after the 2016 film, Kodi, and this time as father and son. Dhanush had recently wrapped up filming for his two upcoming ventures - Jagame Thandhiram under Karthik Subbaraj's direction and Karnan with Pariyerum Perumal director Mari Selvaraj.
With Dhanush announced to be part of a few more upcoming films which include D43 with Mafia director Karthick Naren and Sun Pictures' D44 in Tamil and Atrangi Re in Hindi alongside Akshay Kumar and Sara Ali Khan, reputed Tamil film production banner, Sathya Jyothi Films has now released the 'Piriyadha Enna' song's video from Pattas, which has been composed by the Vivek - Mervin duo featuring vocals by Vijay Yesudas and Niranjana to the lyrics penned by Ku.Karthik.
'Piriyadha Enna' from Pattas has been featured on the father Dhanush character and Sneha, who played his romantic interest with the film directed by RS Durai Senthilkumar going on to become a decent success at the box office. Among the several big highlights in the action drama, the songs composed by Vivek-Mervin gave a big boost with the album turning out to be a huge success. Apart from Dhanush and Sneha, Mehreen Pirzada played the other female lead with popular Telugu actor Naveen Chandra as the antagonist followed by Nasser and Munishkanth in major supporting roles.
