Arya is a popular actor in the Tamil film industry, and he married actress Sayyeshaa who was also his co-star in the films Gajinikanth and Kaappaan. The two got married in 2019 and welcomed their first child, Ariana, on July 23, 2021. The couple occasionally shared photos of their daughter on social media. Recently, the actress Sayyeshaa shared a vlog on the second birthday celebration of her daughter in Mumbai on her YouTube channel. In the begining of the video, she said that her mother used to put up different fragrant flowers on her birthday, and they are continuing the tradition for her daughter too. She then showed the decorations being put up in their home.

The four-minute-long video then shows their family members and friends who are arriving to celebrate the occasion. The family of three, including the actors Arya and Sayyeshaa, with their kid Ariana in front of an animal-themed birthday cake with guests singing happy birthday from off the camera. The vlog video then ends with a glimpse of the kid playng with her mother duo. This celebration video of one of the celebrity star couples in Kollywood has gone viral on social media. The Stars have kept the celebrations minimalistic and simple.

On the work front, actress Sayyeshaa recently did a cameo in the Silamabrasan TR starrer film Pathu Thala in the dance number Raawadi. Actor Arya also has many interesting projects in the works. His recent film that was released was Kathar Baasha Endra Muthuramalingam. The actor has an exciting line-up, including the Telugu film Saindav. Mr.X is the next film for the actor in the show, and he will share screen space with Gautham Karthik. Sarpatta 2, the sequel to the Pa. Rajinith film Sarpatta Parambari, has also been announced. Pathu Thala has Silambarasan TR in the lead role and is set to hit the theatres on March 30. The film is a remake of the Kannada film Mufti and is directed by Sillunu Oru Kaadhal fame Obeli N Krishna. The flick also has Gautham Karthik, Priya Bhavani Shankar and Gautham Vasudev Menon in important roles. The film is produced by Studio Green. It has created an expectation among fans as STR has been delivering hits over the last few years including Maanaadu and Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu. The actor looks rugged in the role of AGR, a don who holds power in the Kanyakumari district. 

The director of Pathu Thala had announced during an event that there is a special cameo in the film by a popular actress. They then revealed that Sayyeshaa, the new mom and wife of popular actor Arya has done a cameo in Pathu Thala being a part of a special song. The song video has now been released. The sizzling number Raawadi is composed by AR Rahman, lyrics penned by Snehan and has vocals by Nivas and Shuba. The groovy dance features Gautham Karthik. The dance number is choreographed by the famous Brinda master.

Sayyesh was last seen in the film Teddy which was released directly on Disney+ Hotstar. The actress married Arya after their reel romance in Ghajinikanth became real. The couple got married in 2019 and welcomed their first child in 2021. This is the first on-screen appearance of the actress after she became a mother. She said in an event of the film that it was exciting to be back on camera again. The actress was a trained dancer and has expressed her passion for the dance in various films. Pathu Thala is an upcoming film starring Silmabarasan TR as lead with Gautham Vasudev Menon and Gautham Karthik in important roles. The film is directed by Obeli N Krishna and the teaser of the film was released yesterday and instantly became a talked about topic. The film is a loose remake of the blockbuster Kannada film Mufti. It will be the first big release of STR for the year after the blockbuster hit film Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu was released last year. The film teaser shows the film will be an action-packed thriller that STR fans will get to enjoy in theatres as the talented actor has taken up the role of a powerful don in Kanyakumari. 

The electrifying film has music composed by AR Rahman and the first single from the film Namma Satham was released last month and was a chart-topper. Pathu Thala also has an ensemble of Priya Bhavani Shankar, Kalaiyarasan, Teejay Arunasalam, Redin Kingsley, Anu Sithara and Manushyaputhiran in supporting roles. The film is produced by K.E. Ganavel Raja under the banner Studio Green and has talented technicians on board including National Award-winning editor Praveen KL and cinematography by Farook J Basha. The post-theatrical rights of the film is bagged by Prime Video.

It’s speculated that popular dancer Sayyeshaa Arya is set to make a cameo in Pathu Thala. The actress adn taelnded dancer has acted in the films like Gajinikanth, Kaapaan and Teddy which premiered on Disney+ Hotstar. The director of the film has comfirmed that actress Sayyeshaa is doing a special cameo in the film with a special dance performance for a song. He also teased about a massive fight scene and that another poster with interesting details will be revealed later. This has further increased the excitement of fans who are already awaiting the release of Pathu Thala in theatres on March 30.

The Galatta Crown 2022, the biggest digital media awards ceremony held on May 8, 2022, at the Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium in Chennai, continues to be the talk of the town after it witnessed some of the biggest names in Indian cinema grace the grand occasion. In that light, one of the major highlights of the night at The Galatta Crown 2022 was Arya taking home the award for Best Actor (Male) for the year 2021-2022 for his stellar performance in the boxing drama film, Sarpatta Parambarai, directed by Pa. Ranjith. Speaking about his big win, Arya said, "I want to dedicate this win to the Late. Shanmugam sir as he played an instrumental role in me landing the role. It is because of his blessings that the film reached such great heights and became a big success. He and Krishnan sir gave a lot of support to Ranjith sir in the making of the film. I think that is the biggest reason for the film to be such a big success."

Talking about his wife-actress Sayyeshaa, Arya said, "She and my mother-in-law became tired after giving me diet food all the time. The shooting of the film extended beyond two lockdowns due to the pandemic and it was hard physically and mentally." Sayyeshaa, who is celebrating her first Mother's Day, also took to the stage alongside Arya and expressed her joy for his Best Actor award. She said, "Sarpatta Parambarai, not only in Arya's life, it is extremely special for all of us. The film was released on July 22 and on July 23 our little baby was born. It will always be very very special. And, I think no one can work harder than him. He truly deserves this." Upon being asked about the difference between Arya as a hero and a husband, Sayyeshaa said, "He's professional on set and silent at home."

Having said that, Arya has now officially revealed the name of his baby girl for the very first time and it has taken the fans by surprise. Arya shared this news with his fans and followers through a story on Instagram. International Daughters Day was celebrated yesterday (Sept 26) and marking the special day, Arya revealed the name of his daughter. Sharing a picture of him, Arya wrote, "2 months of being Dad. Happy daughters day #Ariana".

The meaning for Ariana is learnt to be 'pure' and it looks like Arya is having the best days of his life with his adorable girl, Ariana. Arya, who recently tasted success with his last release, Sarpatta Parambarai, is all geared up for the grand theatrical release of his next film, Aranmanai 3. This Sundar C directorial is scheduled to release on October 14, ahead of the Aayudha Pooja weekend and the film is expected to attract family audiences in large numbers. Raashi Khanna and Andrea Jeremiah play the female leads in this film which also has late Padmashri Dr. Vivekh, Yogi Babu, Manobala, and others in supporting roles.

Arya will also have one more film releasing on the same day (Oct 14) of Aranmanai 3's release - Enemy. Arya will be seen playing an antagonist in Enemy which features Vishal as the lead hero. Billed to be an action film with plenty of animation and motion-capture, Teddy is one among Arya's promising biggies, after which the actor will also be seen in director Pa. Ranjith's period boxing venture Sarpatta Parambarai and the action thriller Enemy, which has him as the antagonist to Vishal. Coming back to Teddy, promotions for the film are being carried out in an active manner, with an action-packed sneak peek scene now released that shows Arya flexing his muscles and thrashing goons. 

The Teddy sneak peek has Arya taking a ride on a Chennai suburban train when miscreants follow a young girl and try to misbehave with her. However, we see Arya stepping in to protect the girl and saving her, with the surprise element being the beloved stuffed teddy bear that is alive, following him eventually. Arya will be looking to make a big impression among kids with his Teddy, especially after he delivered a power-packed performance in Magamuni in 2019, which he followed up with a supporting role in Suriya's Kaappaan. The Kannada film industry has been churning out impressive films one after the other over the years among which a few are Lucia, Ugramm, Mufti, K. G. F: Chapter 1 and the recently-released Avane Srimannarayana. Expectations for the upcoming sequel to the first KGF film, K. G. F: Chapter 2, is visible across the nation with the film announced for an October 23 release leaving fans mighty excited. In that light, another venture coming from the Sandalwood film industry and is the Puneeth Rajkumar and Sayyeshaa starrer, Yuvarathnaa.

Produced by Hombale Films, the makers behind the KGF films, Yuvarathnaa has been directed by Santhosh Ananddram and marks the Kannada debut of Sayyeshaa, who has already appeared in Tamil, Hindi and Telugu films to date. A mass masala commercial entertainer, the upcoming film also includes in its star cast names like Sonu Gowda, Dhananjay, Vasishta N. Simha, Boman Irani, Prakash Raj among others in major supporting roles with Vijay Kiragandur's Hombale Films now releasing the Yuvarathnaa dialogue teaser. 

The teaser has come as a special treat for Puneeth Rajkumar's fans considering the superstar celebrates his birthday tomorrow (March 17). Yuvarathnaa includes a strong technical team among whom include composer S. Thaman for the music, Venkatesh Anguraj for the cinematography, editor Jnaanesh B Matad and the stunt choreography being overseen by A Vijay, Ram-Lakshman and Dhilip Subbarayan.
