Vivegam hit screens amidst much hype just a week after the grand gala audio launch of Mersal. Vijay and Ajith are the most influential actors of present day cinema but their fans, haters disguised as fans and protesters are basking on their glory in the wrong way.

Commenting on the recent reviews and negative backlash of Vivegam, editor Ruben who edited the movie commented that there are too many reviewers these days due to social media.

“Everyone is a reviewer and a lot of haters disguised as fans try to bring down the star. I should think production houses Sri Thenandal Films and Sathya Jyothi for being very magnanimous,” he wrote. Ruben is the editor for both Vivegam and Mersal.

The editor thanked Vijay and Ajith for mutually respecting each other by not clashing directly. The teasers, posters and releases were all planned so that one movie doesn’t affect another’s business.
