National Award-winning Director Ram is an acclaimed filmmaker who is known for the realism in his films. The director made his debut with the film Kattradhu Thamizhu with Jiiva as the lead. He then did Thanga Meengal and Taramani which also received critical acclaim. His recent film was Peranbu starring Mammootty which premiered at the 47th International Film Festival in 2019. The upcoming film of the director is Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai. The film will mark the comeback of Nivin Pauly to Tamil, after Richie which was released in 2017. The makers of the film have revealed a new update about the film.

The production house bankrolling Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai, V House Productions, has released a new one-minute video that shows am exciting update about the film. After six months of releasing the title announcement video of the film, the makers have revealed that the dubbing process of the film is now complete. The video begins with a shot of Anjali dubbing for a scene where she's humming a song happily. The video become intense step by step, as it then shows Soori laughing and then laughter becomes demonic. The video then shows Nivin Pauly saying intense Tamil dialogues. The makers have said dubbing has been completed successfully, which shows that the film has moved one step ahead for release.

Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai has music composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Director Ram's next also has actress Anjali in a leading role and Soori, who played the lead in the recent Vetri Maaran's Viduthalai Part: 1, is playing an important role in the film. On the technical side, the team has N.K. Ekhambaram as Cinematographer, Editing by Mathi VS, action by 'Stunt' Silva, dance choreography by Sandy Master. The video shows that more announcements from the exciting project Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai can be expected soon.

Mahaveeryar is an upcoming Malayalam fantasy comedy courtroom drama film written and directed by Abrid Shine. Produced by Nivin Pauly under the banner of Pauly Jr. Pictures and Indian Movie Makers, the film is based on a short story written by the writer M. Mukundan. Starring Nivin Pauly, Asif Ali, Shanvi Srivastava, Lal, and Siddique in lead roles, the film revolves around time travel, law books, and legal proceedings. The film is scheduled for a theatrical release on 21 July 2022.

The makers of the film just recently dropped the official trailer of the film and it looks mystical and also hysterical. The trailer features Nivin Pauly in a completely new look for the character of a saint named Swami Apoornananthan. The trailer, which runs 3 seconds shy of 2 and a half minutes, focuses on court proceedings where it looks like a case is being fought against the godman who is trying to prove his case by giving evidence of God's existence. Intertwined with emotional and funny moments, it also hints at time travel and fantasy at the same time. We also get to see some mesmerizing visuals of a bygone era of kings.

Earlier, the makers of the film have also released the song titled 'Radhe Radhe' which managed to click with the audience in a grand fashion. Vidyadharan Master and Jeevan Padmakumar have lent their voices to the 3 minutes 5 second long song to the lyrics penned by B. K. Harinarayanan. The soundtrack of Mahaveeryar is composed by Ishaan Chhabra and lyrics by B K Harinarayanan and Assanu Anna Augustine.

Mahaveeryar marks the third collaboration between director Abrid Shine and Nivin Pauly after having previously worked together on the films 1983 and Action Hero Biju. Actor Shanvi Srivastava will be making her acting debut in Malayalam with this film.

The project was officially announced a few weeks back and it made the fans look forward to the project. Having said that, the film's shoot commenced yesterday (October 4) at Dhanushkodi, Rameswaram with a formal Pooja. The pictures from the film's launch are now doing good rounds on social media. This untitled flick will have music composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja who has an impeccable track record with Ram.

Suresh Kamatchi who has produced Silambarasan TR's highly awaited Maanaadu will be bankrolling this Nivin - Ram film under the banner of V House Productions. NK Ekhambaram has been roped in to handle the cinematography, while Umesh J Kumar will be taking care of the art direction. Details regarding the premise of the film are yet to be known, but looking at Ram's filmography, one can be confident that the acclaimed filmmaker will tell a story that will touch the audience in the right way. This film will mark Anjali's fourth outing with director Ram after Kattradhu Tamizh, Taramani (cameo) and Peranbu.

Soori is also a part of the cast and details regarding his character are yet to be known. This untitled new film will be Nivin Pauly's third film in Tamil after Neram and Richie. While Neram was a bilingual that was shot in Malayalam and Tamil, Richie was a straight Tamil film. Meanwhile, Nivin Pauly's next release will be Thuramukham which is directed by acclaimed cinematographer Rajeev Ravi. Thuramukham is touted to be an intense action drama that is gearing up for its theatrical release.

Love Action Drama, the upcoming Malayalam romantic action film got the attention of the industry after is was announced that Nivin Pauly will be teaming up with Lady Superstar Nayanthara for the first time. Love Action Drama marks the directorial debut of actor Dhyan Sreenivasan and has music by Shaan Rahman. Noted Malayalam producer and production controller Shafeer Sait died off heart attack at a private hospital in Kodungalloor on Tuesday morning. Sait developed chest pain on the sets of Porinju Mariyam Jose yesterday and was rushed to a local hospital where the doctors declared him brought dead.

He is survived by his wife Aisha and two children. His funeral will be held today evening at the Cheraman Juma Masjid Mosque. Sait (44) was the production controller of popular Malayalam filmmaker Joshiy's forthcoming film Porinju Mariyam Jose starring Joju George, Chemban Vinod Jose, Nyla Usha.

He had acted in minor roles in films like Kayamkulam Kochunni and upcoming Mera Naam Shaji by Nadirshah. He also worked as production controller in popular movies like Kadha Parayumbol, Parunth, among others. 

Moothon is an upcoming Malayalam adventure drama film directed by Geetu Mohandas, and jointly produced by Ajay G. Rai and Alan McAlex. The screenplay is written by ace filmmaker Anurag Kashyap and director Geetu Mohandas. This massive project stars widely popular actor Nivin Pauly, Sobhita Dhulipala and Shashank Arora playing the main leads. The music is composed by Sneha Khanwalkar and Govind Menon and the man behind the lens is cinematographer Rajeev Ravi.
