Pattas heroine Mehreen Pirzada gets engaged to Bhavya Bishnoi - wishes pour in!

Popular actress Mehreen Pirzada, known among Tamil cinema fans for starring in Dhanush's 2020 hit, Pattas, has garnered a huge following after appearing in Telugu and Hindi films as well. Having made her debut in Tamil in director Susienthiran's Nenjil Thunivirundhal, Mehreen later starred opposite Vijay Deverakonda in the action political drama, NOTA, including F3 alongside Venkatesh Daggubati, Varun Tej and Tamannaah, after previously acting with them in F2.
Mehreen hit the headlines sometime back when it was confirmed that she would be entering wedlock with Bhavya Bishnoi, grandson of Bajaj Lal, who served thrice as the Chief Minister of Haryana when the Congress party was elected to power. Bhavya's father Kuldeep Bishnoi too is a Congress MLA representing the Adampur constituency in Haryana, with Bhavya as well following his footsteps into politics. That said, photos shared by Bhavya on social media show the couple to have gotten engaged on Friday, with Mehreen's brother Gurfateh Pirzada too posting a picture wishing his sister on the next big step in her life.
In an interview to Hyderabad Times, Pammi, Mehreen's mother, said, "It's an exciting day and we're all so happy for Mehreen. I've been busy with the preparations so there has not been much time to take it all in. I wish them both a lifetime of happiness." The engagement ceremony had been planned by Mehreen, who had been in Jaipur for the past two weeks. Mehreen said, "Yes, I'm getting engaged and I'm super excited." Mehreen and Bhavya's alliance was fixed in April 2020 during the lockdown period, with their wedding planned to take place this year.

Dhanush's entertainer film Pattas was written and directed by RS Durai Senthilkumar and the star was seen in dual roles in the film. Pattas had Sneha and Mehreen Pirzada as the two leading ladies. The film was bankrolled by Sathya Jyothi Films and the movie had music composed by Vivek-Mervin. Stars like Naveen Chandra, Nassar, Munishkanth, Sathish and Kothandam played other important roles in the film as well. Pattas hit the big screens on January 15th and opened to decent reviews from fans. The latest buzz about the film is the newly released the much-awaited Original Sound Track from the film. Pattas heroine Mehreen Pirzada responds to hotel bills controversy

Actress Mehreen Pirzada has become a popular name in South India after starring in several notable Telugu films while also making her Tamil cinema debut in director Suseenthiran's Nenjil Thunivirundhal in 2017 and then in Vijay Deverakonda's NOTA before landing the biggie, Pattas, opposite Dhanush, which hit theatres this Pongal.
Mehreen Pirzada's role in Pattas was a meaty one with the actress also being seen the same month in a Telugu film titled, Aswathama, opposite Naga Shaurya. With Aswathama currently running in theatres, the actress has now hit a roadblock in the form of a controversy about her choosing not to pay the hotel bills for her stay during the film's promotions.
In a detailed statement released on her Twitter page, Mehreen explains saying, she had gone to visit her family in Punjab after wrapping up her Sankranthi release promotions after which she returned to Hyderabad for additional promotional for the Ira Creations-produced film a few days before its theatrical release. She added saying she had come back despite her maternal grandfather getting a heart attack after which she couldn't make herself available for one interview for Aswathama owing to a skin allergy and her face breaking out into a rash. The issue took a new light when the producers refused to pay her hotel bills after which Mehreen had instructed her manager to make settlements including the payment for her staff that was due.
Furthermore, Mehreen has stated that the entire incident has left her hurt and is a malicious attempt at tarnishing her image and professional reputation. She added saying she has never faced such a situation before in the 14 Telugu films she has worked before and is only looking to put behind the unpleasant incident and keep moving forward while expressing her gratitude towards Ira Creations for the opportunity to star in Aswathama. Dhanush and director RS Durai Senthilkumar teamed up for the second time for the action entertainer film tilted Pattas and the movie was produced by TG Thyagarajan under the banner of Sathya Jyothi Films. Dhanush played dual roles in the film which had two gorgeous ladies Sneha and Mahreen Pirzada as lady leads. Names like Munishkanth, Naveen Chandra and Sathish played other important roles in the movie. The cinematography was handled by Om Prakash and the editing was taken care by Prakash Mabbu.
Pattas had a grand release in January on the occasion of the Pongal festival sparing against Rajinikanth's Darbar. Pattas opened to mixed reviews from fans and the critics and movie had an average outing. The latest news about Pattas is the newly released video song of the track Jigidi Killaadi. The love track composed by the dua Vivek - Mervin has vocals by Anirudh Ravichandran. Lyrics for this song is penned by Vivek. Jigidi Killaadi is a hit number from the album of Pattas and the song features Dhanush and Mehreen Pirzada.
