SURPRISE: Rajamouli releases new version of Baahubali 2 Climax Scene

Ace director S.S.Rajamouli’s Baahubali is one of the biggest blockbusters in Indian cinema’s history and the franchise enjoys a huge fan base. Rajamouli created a world called Mahishmati (Magizhmathi) with memorable characters like Amarendra Baahubali, Mahendra Baahubali, Palvaalthevan, Devasena, Sivagami, Kattappa, Pingalathevan, and others. Produced by Arka Media Works, the Baahubali franchise starred Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka, Ramya Krishnan, Sathyaraj, Nassar in the lead roles. The blockbuster success of the first part paved the way for a mega grand opening for the second part and Baahubali 2 turned out to be the first ever Indian film to enter the 1000 crore club. The film and its characters have made a strong connection with the audience, so much that it will forever stay close to their hearts.
One of the most iconic shots in the sequel of Baahubali is the climax faceoff between Prabhas and Rana Daggubati when they are ready for the final clash. This shot has now been slightly tweaked to suit the current trend and it has already gone viral among the fans. Director S.S.Rajamouli took to his Instagram page to post the new version of the shot, in which we see Mahendra Baahubali and Palvaalthevan wearing the mask, due to the Corona pandemic situation. This video has been created for a noble cause, to create an awareness among the people in a way that it reaches them easily. The video has got a very positive reception from the fans who have taken it in the right way.
The video has taglines that say, “Masks are now mandatory even at Mahishmati, do not forget yours”. This video has been created by United Soft VFX Studio. Rajamouli shared the video and wrote, “Good job #Avinash and @Unitedsoft VFX Studio team! #BBVsCOVID #IndiaFightsCorona #StaySafe I hope everyone stays safe and exercise caution in these times.”
Currently, Rajamouli is busy with his next directorial biggie - Roudram Ranam Rudhiram (RRR) that stars Jr NTR and Ram Charan in the lead roles. Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, Samuthirakani, Ray Stevenson, Alison Doody are also a part of the cast. Produced by DVV Entertainment, this historical action drama has music by M.M.Keeravani, cinematography by K.K.Senthil Kumar and editing by Sreekar Prasad. The film is tentatively scheduled to hit the screens on January 8, 2021, but the plans are subject to change depending on the pandemic situation. RRR is a fictional story that is based on two Indian freedom fighters, Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem. For now, check out the video shared by Rajamouli below:

Today (April 28) marks the third year release anniversary of Rajamouli’s historical epic film, Baahubali 2, that starred Prabhas, Anushka, Rana Daggubati, Tamannaah, Ramya Krishnan, Sathyaraj, Nasser and others. The film fulfilled the high expectations of the worldwide audience and had a dream run at the box office. Baahubali paved the way for the Indian films to expand their market across the globe. The fans are celebrating this special day on social media with hashtags like #3YrsForMightyBaahubali2 and so on.
The makers of Baahubali 2 have released some sweet throwback pictures from the sets of Baahubali 2 and it is good to see how the world of Magizhmathi was created. Actor Prabhas who played the titular character got a huge breakthrough with this film and it also made him a pan-Indian star. On that note, Prabhas posted an emotional note on his Facebook page, thanking Rajamouli and the team of Baahubali 2 for making it a memorable journey. He also mentioned that Baahubali 2 was the biggest hit of his career.

Wow: Baahubali 2 record broken!

It is a known fact that SS Rajamouli's latest blockbuster project titled Baahubali 2 has set numerous records and no film till now has come close to breaking the massive numbers set by this periodic film. The project had a dream run at the box office, not just in Tollywood, but in Bollywood as well and it is considered one of the best Indian films ever to be made. This project was filled with great talents coming together and the entire experience has been absolutely magical for the audience.
Every Bollywood film till now has struggled to ripe off the records set by SS Rajamouli and here's one surprising breakthrough regarding that. Vicky Kaushal, Yami Gautam starrer URI - The Surgical Strike has managed to surpass the records set by Baahubali 2. It is said that on the 23rd day, after its release, Baahubali 2 had collected a net of Rs 6.35 crores and on the 24th day, the film collected Rs 7.80 crores. Now, as per the latest estimates, URI collected Rs 6.53 crores on day 23, and on day 24, it collected close to Rs 8.71 crores to set a new record.
Looks like URI will collect a total of close to Rs 215-225 crores net in its full run and set a humongous record in Bollywood!
Still No Stopping Baahubali 2 As It Creates A New Record

Released early last year, there is no stopping Baahubali: The Conclusion yet from creating new records.
Baahubali 2 directed by SS Rajamouli under the Arka Media Works banner has gone on to become an iconic film in Indian cinema history raking in over Rs. 1700 crores in worldwide gross.
Featuring Prabhas, Anushka Shetty, Rana Daggubati, Tamannaah, Ramya Krishnan, Sathyaraj and Nasser in lead roles, Baahubali 2 has now created yet another new record and this time in China.
As per latest reports, the film has already collected nearly $250,000 through pre-sales in China and has now become the number one film in terms of advance booking for all the May 4 releases.
Baahubali 2 is expected to release across 7000 screens in China and has now surpassed Aamir Khan‘s Dangal by securing a larger number of screens in the country.
The massive screen space Baahubali 2 has secured will likely enable the film to enjoy yet another record-breaking run at the Chinese box office.

Sri Thenandal Films bags the distribution rights of Baahubali 2

Sri Thenandal Films, one of the prestigious banners in the Tamil film industry has bagged the distribution rights of director SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali: The Conclusion for an undisclosed record price. Now, they will be distributing the movie across the key areas in Chennai and Chengalpet. Baahubali: The Conclusion is in post-production and is expected to be released worldwide on April 28. The trailer launch is slated to happen on March 16.

Since then a Baahubali 2's First look was launched, the hype for the movie has been further increased and the fans are eagerly awaiting for trailer of the movie. There is a reports that a Trailer of Baahubali 2 might be released by second week of March. In the meantime Director Rajamouli said that the clash between Shivudu (Prabhas) and Bhallaladeva (Rana) will be the high light of the sequel. The shooting of director SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali : The Conclusion was wrapped up a couple of months ago and the is on track for a grand release on April 28. While the post-production is going on at around 33 studios in the world, the dubbing of Tamil version of Baahubali sequel has been wrapped up. Lyricist Madhan Karky who invented the Kiliki language for the film announced that he completed the dubbing sessions. He also added that it has been five years since it all began.

A three-minute raw footage of the climax sequence of Baahubali 2 is spreading like a wildfire on the social networking sites. The sequence has Amarendra Baahubali and Devasena in their younger avatar but without any VFX. Director Baahubali has bee maintaining high secrecy ever since the shoot of Baahubali 2 began. However, the team quickly removed the links from sites.
Following this, the makers filed a complaint with the cyber cell and the miscreants have been arrested. "It is very unfortunate that a small unfinished video clip of @BaahubaliMovie was leaked online yesterday. Persons responsible for the leak was identified with the help of security features in place and was arrested late last night by Police and handed over to cyber crime Sincere thanks to our fans who have alerted us very early and the local police and cyber crime division for their prompt response," Producer Shobu Yarlagadda said.
