Popular Tamil actor and Bigg Boss Tamil season 1 winner Arav Nafeez and his wife Raheei welcomed their second child, a baby girl, on Sunday, October 8. The couple shared the joyous news on social media along with a picture of themselves and their two-year-old son looking happily together at their newborn daughter. Posting the photo on Instagram, Arav expressed his happiness along with Raahei at the arrival of their second child, while thanking everyone for their blessings as they embark on life's new journey. He wrote, "🎀👶 Our hearts are bursting with happiness as we introduce our precious little princess to the world! She has already filled our lives with giggles and endless cuddles. Our family feels complete, and we're embracing every moment with overwhelming joy. Thank you for your love and blessings as we cherish this beautiful journey with our baby girl. 💖✨ #BabyGirl #BlessedWithLove #JoyfulHeart" (sic)

Arav, who became a household name across Tamil after being adjudged as Bigg Boss Tamil 1 winner in 2017, tied the knot with Raahei in September 2020 and were blessed with their first child, a son, born in November 2021. While Arav has gone on to garner a fan following over the years, Raahei is awaiting the release of Gautham Vasudev Menon’s long-delayed film, Joshua: Imai Pol Kaakha, which has her playing the female lead opposite Varun of Puppy fame. Congratulatory messages are pouring in for Arav and Rahei on the announcement of the birth of their second child from their well-wishers in the Tamil film fraternity. Actress Ramya Pandian commented, "Congratulations Aarav 🤗", while Nisha Ganesh wrote, "Loads and loads of love to all 4 ❤️❤️❤️❤️ God bless 🧿".

On the work front, Arav, who was last seen as the antagonist in Udhayanidhi Stalin's Kalaga Thalaivan (2022), is currently busy working on an untitled project opposite Ramya Pandian being directed by Ganesh Vinayakan of Thaen (2021) fame. He is also awaiting the release of Meendum Vaa Arugil Vaa, which features him sharing screen space with Sarpatta Parambarai's Santhosh Prathap. There have also been reports of late stating that Arav has been cast in a key role in Tamil superstar Ajith Kumar's VidaaMuyarchi being directed by Magizh Thirumeni and an official announcement in that regard is yet to be made. 

Popular model turned actor Arav, the title winner of Bigg Boss Tamil: Season 1 got married to actress and model Raahei last year in a grand ceremony and the pictures from the wedding event had gone viral on social media. Having said that, the couple has now entered the next phase of their life - as parents. Arav and Raahei have been blessed with a baby boy and both the mother and the newborn are said to be in fine health. This good news was shared by Arav's official PR team through a tweet and wishes have been pouring in from all quarters for the new parents since this morning (November 24).

Both Arav and Raahei must be elated about becoming parents and at this moment, Galatta Media extends its heartfelt wishes to the couple. Arav rose to fame and attained wide popularity after participating in the first season of Bigg Boss Tamil and the show gave him a solid breakthrough. He made his debut as a lead actor in Tamil cinema with Market Raja MBBS, directed by Saran. The film opened to mixed reviews from the critics and audience. Up next, Arav will be seen playing the lead role in Raja Bheema which is currently in the final leg of post-production.

Raja Bheema is directed by Naresh Sampath and has music composed by Simon K King. Produced by Surabhi Films, the film features Ashima Narwal as the female lead, while Yogi Babu, Nassar, KS Ravikumar, and Sayaji Shinde would be seen playing supporting roles.

On the other hand, Raahei is awaiting the release of her debut film, Joshua: Imai Pol Kaakha which is directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon. Varun who is currently inside the Bigg Boss 5 Tamil house, plays the lead hero in this action entertainer that has music composed by Karthik. He got married to model turned actress Raahei who is going to make her debut as a female lead with Gautham Vasudev Menon’s upcoming film, Joshua: Imai Pol Kaakha. Arav and Raahei are said to have known each other for a long time and decided to get married recently. We also saw news about their marriage a few days before and it has been confirmed now.

Some of the notable celebrities who attended the wedding were director KS Ravikumar, Kalyan Master, Saran, Silambattam fame Saravanan, Sangeetha, AL Vijay, Ranjit Jeyakodi, actor Varun, music director Simon K King and others. Arav’s friends from Bigg Boss, including Gayathri Raghuram, Vaiyapuri, Ganesh & Harathi, Suja Varunee and her husband Shiva, Bindhu Madhavi, Harish Kalyan, Kaajal Pasupathi, lyricist Snehan, were also present at the event. Actor Arav Nafeez who was initially into modelling and supporting roles in Tamil cinema shot to fame after participating in the first season of the television reality show Bigg Boss which was hosted by Kamal Haasan. The said love affair between Aarav and Oviya was one of the main topics of the first season and Arav went on to win the Bigg Boss Title. Oviya attracted the audience with her behaviour inside Bigg Boss house but left the show midway and went on to support Arav. Arav went on to win Bigg Boss Title. 

There were also rumours that Arav and Oviya were living together but the actress put an end to the controversy by openly responding that he was her friend and that she did not have much faith in marriage. Arav then played the lead role in Market Raja MBBS, which was directed by Saran, and the film received mixed reviews from the audience. 

The latest buzz doing rounds in Kollywood is that Arav is set to get hitched with actress Raahei on September 6th this year. The wedding is said to take place at a popular hotel in Chennai. Notably, Raahei is set to make her on-screen debut as the lead actress with Gautham Menon's upcoming directorial Joshua Imai Pol Kaakha opposite actor Varun. When we tried to get in touch with Arav to enquire about the news, the actor was unavailable. However, sources close to the star say that they are hearing the same news and they are not yet sure. Fans might have to hang in there and wait for the official announcement a little longer.

On the work front, Aarav will be next seen in the action-thriller Raja Bheema which is directed by Naresh Sampath. Oviya is also playing a key role in the film and the post-production works of the film are in process.

King.

Bigg Boss star Arav's debut film as a hero is Rajabheema and the venture is directed by debut filmmaker Naresh Sampath. The shoot of the film is happening at a brisk phase and will soon be out on the big screens.

Earlier, it was revealed that Arav's Bigg Boss co-star Oviya will be playing an important cameo in Rajabheema.

And now, as a breaking update, sources close to us has revealed that the Bigg Boss second season star and the uprising actress Yashika Anand is also a part of the venture and will be playing an important role. Notably, Yashika will also be doing a movie with Mahat Raghavendra.

The third promo for the day from Bigg Boss has now arrived showing us Suja Varunee confronting Snehan and querying him as to why he has been giving Arav the silent treatment.

After his small role in Saithan, Arav became a household hit with the reality show Bigg Boss and he went on to win the title as well. Post the show, he signed a movie with director Saravanan who earlier directed Silambattam and Sippai. He is now part of another exciting project, an urban romance by director and producer Sameer Bharat Ram.

This movie is all about relationships and is the extension of Kakka Muttai director Manikandan's short film Meendum Oru Punnagai. There will be 2 heroines with Nalan Kumarasamy's dialogues and Manikandan's screenplay. The shoot will begun in early 2018.
