Ammu Abhirami is one of the popular young-gen actors iN Tamil cinema right now and she has got a pretty good fan base on social media. Ammu Abhirami rose to fame after playing the character of Ammu in Vishnu Vishal's blockbuster hit, Ratsasan, in which her performance and character left a lasting impact. The talented actress who owns a good social media presence, recently interacted with her followers through a Q&A session in which she answered to multiple questions. One of the fans asked Ammu Abhirami about her wedding plans and her reply about it has garnered attention on social media. Abhirami mentioned that she is just 22 now and is currently focussed only on her professional life. Ammu Abhirami's reply about marriage read, "Too many questions on my marriage already! 1. I'm just 22 2. I have too many goals in life to be dreaming about than getting married :) So to answer this question I'll get married when I feel its the right time to get married".

The news of the demise of Ananyah Kumari Alex, who was Kerala’s first transwoman radio jockey and also the first transgender candidate to contest in the recently-held State Assembly elections, has left many in a state of utter shock. She was found hanging from the ceiling of her apartment in Edappally on Tuesday at around 6.30 pm, with early police reports stating it to be a suspected case of suicide. Many celebrities have expressed their condolences over Ananyah's death, including Bigg Boss Malayalam season 2 fame Abhirami Suresh, who penned a detailed emotional note, while also posting a picture and a video of her speech about the stigma she had faced over the years. 

Abhirami Suresh, who is an actress, singer, musician, composer and video jockey, wrote, "NO NO NO NO NO!!! DON’T TELL ME YOU LEFT THE WORLD!! I DIDN’T KNOW YOU ENOUGH BUT HAVE ALWAYS LOOKED AT YOU WITH SO MUCH RESPECT AND PRIDE !!! YOU WERE ONE OF THE FACES THE WORLD SHOULD’VE KNOWN AND THE FUTURE SHOULD’VE CELEBRATED! I myself didn’t know you enough when I first met you, but sadly today I’m realising that was the last time too.. Actress Ammu Abhirami who tested positive for Covid-19 virus a few days before has now recovered. Yes! Ammu Abhirami has tested negative for the virus infection and she has completely recovered from the illness. Taking to her official Instagram page, Ammu Abhiram wrote, "I'm extremely happy to let you all know that with your kind wishes and God's grace, I have completely recovered from Covid 19. I tested negative. Please stay home and stay safe, wear a mask and maintain social distancing, if you cannot avoid going out. God is kind". This statement from Ammu Abhirami has come as a sigh of relief for her friends and well wishers and her followers are expressing their happiness and love.

Ammu Abhirami rose to fame after playing the character of 'Ammu' in Vishnu Vishal's blockbuster hit thriller, Ratsasan, directed by Ram Kumar. Though it was a small character, it gave a major breakthrough for Abhirami and there has been no look back since then. Before Ratsasan, Ammu Abhirami had acted in brief roles in movies like Bairavaa, Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru, Thaana Serndha Koottam, and more. Following the success of Ratsasan, Ammu Abhirami had acted in an important role in Dhanush's critically acclaimed blockbuster hit, Asuran, directed by Vetri Maaran.

Ammu Abhirami played the character of Maariyammal, the love interest of Dhanush's character in the flashback. Her performance in the film received positive reviews. Actress Abhirami Venkatachalam got her first breakthrough after participating in the third season of Bigg Boss Tamil. The young talented created a good impact with her fun loving character and interesting game plan. Her rapport with Kavin, Losliya, and Mugen was widely talked about during the show. Later, she was seen playing an important role in Ajith's Nerkonda Paarvai, directed by H Vinoth. Abhirami's emotionally moving performance received positive reviews from the critics and the general audience. On that note, Abhirami took to her Instagram page to express her irritation over the recently trending meme concept. The latest trending meme template on social media is the phrase, 'In search of gold, we lost a diamond' and we must have come across atleast one meme in that concept. It looks like that has irked Abhirami who expressed her thoughts about it.

Talking about it in a video, Abhirami said, "You know what! I've been surfing Instagram for the past few minutes and I have seen a lot of memes that read, 'In search of gold, we lost a diamond'. Enna Karumam Adhu? (What crap is that?). I don't understand the concept at all. How can that happen logically? Will you be roaming around with diamond stones in your hand? You need a gold or a platinum or some material to go along with diamond and then only you will get the final product. So, please stop this meme concept. It is only getting people pissed. Kevalama irukku (it looks bad). Kindly stop it, because it is getting irritating after a point,".

The video has gone viral among the fans and it is doing good rounds on social media. Notably, many people have resonated with Abhirami's thoughts and it is evident through the comments for the video. Model and former Bigg Boss Tamil contestant Abhirami Venkatachalam lashed out at a specific group of people via her Instagram Stories for "slut shaming" by writing obscene articles for a photo she had posed a few years back. Abhirami, who proved her mettle in acting in her powerful performance in 'Thala' Ajith's blockbuster courtroom drama Nerkonda Paarvai in 2019, in her Instagram Stories called out the people for resorting to writing inappropriate articles and stated that their actions were a reason for a number if celebrity suicides. Posting her story with the hashtags "Stop Slut Shaming", "I will stand for me" and "Even if no one does", the Bigg Boss Tamil season 3 sensation revealed the level of mental and emotional trauma she has been going through after coming across such articles online. 

Posting the old photo of herself in her Instagram story, Abhirami stated that she was not going to share the article citing that it would only end up making those behind it popular. She also wrote informing those people to mind their own business and said that she has been treated with a lot more dignity in her profession as a model in comparison to the jobs of the people behind the said articles. Abhirami further said that she has a mother and a brother to look after her even if she doesn't work or earn, while adding that she has no necessity to sell herself.

Bigg Boss 3 fame Losliya's father Mariyanesan passed away on the night of November 15 and ever since the news came out, the fans and Losliya's well-wishers have been sharing their condolence messages on social media. Reportedly, Mariyanesan passed away due to a heart attack and his mortal remains is currently in Canada. It is not yet clearly known if his body has been sent to Sri Lanka where Losliya and her family reside. Vanitha, one of the contestants of Bigg Boss 3, had shared that Vijay Television and other participants of the show are helping Losliya and also added that Losliya is devastated by the current situation. Vanitha's statement came as a heartbreaker for the fans and her tweets went viral on social media.

Director Cheran, who was like a father figure to Losliya, shared his condolence message on his Twitter page. Following that, actress and Bigg Boss 3 contestant, Abhirami Venkatachalam has now mourned the demise of Mariyanesan on her official Instagram page. Abhirami posted a story on her page which read, "I can no longer see you with my eyes or touch your feet with my hands, but I will remember you in my heart for ever... you will be missed mariyanesan Appa".

This emotional statement from Abhirami has gone viral among the fans. It is a known fact that Losliya and Abhirami are very good friends who developed a great bonding during the show. Abhirami also made her profile picture into a black colour picture, marking Mariyanesan's demise. Mariyanesan garnered huge attention among the Tamil people when he appeared in Bigg Boss 3 for the first time. His surprise entry inside the house made Losliya break down emotionally and those scenes can never be forgotten by the audience.

As soon as he entered the house, Mariyanesan had condemned Losliya for her relationship with Kavin and told her that the family had sent her inside the house for playing the game and not anything else. Model and actress Abhirami Venkatachalam shot to instant fame after participating in Bigg Boss Tamil season 3 last year, which was hosted by Kamal Haasan. Post her appearance on the show, she landed an important role in 'Thala' Ajith's box office blockbuster, Nerkonda Paarvai, which was an official remake of the Amitabh Bachchan-Taapsee Pannu starrer, Pink. Abhirami was lauded by critics, who hailed her for giving a power-packed intense performance, while also complimenting her dialogue delivery and nuances in her actions. 

Abhirami recently took to her Instagram page to appear in a video in which she lashes out against staff and officials at Madras University over the treatment meted out to students who were sitting for their exams. In the video, Abhirami states, "This is a kind request to my lovable Instagram family who had written their exams at Madras University in the past two days. Is there anybody who could help me regarding the exams that were held? I'm doing my M.A. (Dance) final year. I wrote my exams a couple of days back and I need to share something. Ever since I went to sign my attendance, they have never treated us good, whenever you call them, they do not answer properly. I never got any mail from the music department because I'm doing my M.A. Dance. That HOD has the audacity to say that I need to know my classmate to actually appear for the exams."

She continued, "I need to ask, is there any necessity to know my other classmates for me to sit and write my exams? When you're writing your exams, you need to know your subject and are required to have the attendance. I also paid my fees before the due date as well. The staff said that the exams start by 10AM and we waited from 09:30AM, with the paper coming to me at 2PM. I didn't get mail from Madras University, but my junior at Kalakshetra took a screenshot of the paper and sent it to me. Despite the time constraint, I sat through my exams, and I sent it via mail in a proper PDF file. Now, they're telling me the mail id I sent is wrong and that I should send it to a new mail id they shared and also that they deleted my paper in a very casual manner." 

Abhirami also states, "I called my HOD to ask her about what happened and during the conversation she cut the call suddenly. When I called again, she's not responding and disconnected the call. I'm coming Live on Instagram because I have no other options. So, I finally sent her a voice note and she replied back saying it's not audible. Anyone with ears can listen to that voice note I sent. You guys want us to vote, you want us to be responsible, but why can't you take up the responsibility? I really don't understand. Please don't play with students' lives."

She further said, "I came on Live to raise this issue and whoever can help, please come forward. And, all the other students, if you've encountered the same issue, please don't lose your hope. We are not zeroes. Let them play as much as they want to, let us sign a letter together and stand in front of Madras University and fight for this. If these are the troubles we are facing for the exams we've written, I don't know what to do next. Keep calling the university, keep asking them and if they don't answer, take up action because it's your rights and your education." Model turned actress Abhirami Venkatachalam rose to fame and popularity with her participation in the third season of Bigg Boss Tamil. She also got her breakthrough in her film career with her impactful performance in Ajith Kumar’s Nerkonda Paarvai, directed by H Vinoth. Abhirami is currently a part of various projects including one web series, directed by S.P.Charan. Recently, Abhirami shared an important note through her Instagram story and she indeed sounded very angry and frustrated in that.

The young talent was pissed with the chaos that is being caused through the fake social media profiles (mainly TikTok) that are created in her name. Abhirami clarified that she has an official account only on Instagram. Due to the chaos, she decided to delete her actual TikTok account so that people don’t get confused with various profiles that are in her name. Abhirami also confirmed that she would be filing a police complaint against the person behind her fake TikTok profile.

She posted, “M deleting my real account from tiktok… enough of this bullshit…. I wonder the public who believe these fake accounts and hurt us with so much hate. M posting this for last. After the Twitter fake accounts issue now this TikTok fake accounts trouble….. Pls make a note m only in insta…. Just cos I have a verified account no bullshit can be done here….. Earlier this year, it was announced that S.P.B.Charan, son of legendary singer S.P.Balasubrahmanyam, will be making his directorial debut with a web series titled Adhigaaram. He is known for his performances in films like Unnai Charanadainthen, Saroja, Va Quarter Cutting, etc. and now we will see him wearing the director’s hat through Adhigaaram. The series was officially launched this morning with a formal pooja and the pictures from the event has been doing the rounds on social media. The complete star cast of this series has now been officially revealed.

Nerkonda Paarvai fame Abhirami Venkatachalam who became a sensation after Bigg Boss 3, will be seen as one of the leads in this series. Athulya Ravi, Vellai Pookkal fame Dev, Swayam Siddha, John Vijay are the other actors who will be a part of Adhigaaram. On the technical front, the series has cinematography by Rajesh Yadav, music by Deena Devarajan, editing by Praveen K.L. and action choreography by Stunt Silva.

S.P.Balasubrahmanyam will produce this web series under Capital Film Works and it is said that the series will have 10 episodes. According to the reports, this will be a thriller that will keep the viewers intrigued with its screenplay. The series is created and penned by Cable Sankar, popular writer and film critic.
