Ramaraju makes an attempt to present the love story in a slightly unconventional way to the Telugu film audience. Niharika performs exceptionally well for a first film and Naga Shourya as always impresses with his cute looks and natural acting skills.
Infact the chemistry between both of them works for the film. Being a love story it is very important for the lead pair to have a striking chemistry and look good on screen. Niharika and Naga Shourya look very good on screen.
Another plus point to the film is the music. Sunil Kashyap’s enchanting soothing mellows are backbone of Okka Manasu. The cinematography of the film is exceptionally beautiful.
The cinematographer has showcased Vizag in the most gorgeous way. If the film is lacking anywhere it is the editing department. After a while it becomes lengthy and dragging testing the audience patience where they are stuck in when the film will end kind of thought process. Okka Manasu also has a bit of 90s feel to it.
Overall Okka Manasu is a sweet and touching love story with beautiful performances by the lead pair minus the pace of the film.
