It gave her a good platform for further projects in Hindi films. Priyamani has mentioned in a recent interview that she is open for item numbers in films, only if it features A-list stars. The actress is ready to work with stars like Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Shahrukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan and others.

She mentioned this to a leading daily. She said, "Well, In Bollywood, even if you are a top-rung actress and you do an item number, it doesn't really matter. You will be considered for a good role in your next film. On the other hand, in the south if you do a couple of item numbers, you will be branded as an item girl and someone who has no work."
