It is confirmed that actor Nassar has been roped to play the father role opposite Venkatesh and Mahesh Babu in their Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu.
Prakashraj was the first choice for the role, but he recently walked out from this project due to the differences with producer Dil Raju. Before Nassar was finalised, the makers considered Tamil actor Sathyaraj and Bollywood actor Anupam Kher.
The next schedule of the film will start on March 12. Samantha and Anjali are the heroines. Srikanth Addala is the director.
