Kammula’s triangular love story
Critically-acclaimed director, writer and producer Shekar Kammula of Anand, Godavari and Happy Days fame is currently working on his new film with debutant Daggubati Rana (D. Rama Naidu's grandson and superstar Venkatesh's nephew) in the lead role.
Though it was earlier reported that this untitled film would be a coming-of-age film dealing with social responsibility, we now hear that it will be a triangular love story with two heroines in the lead.
This hint about the storyline leaked out after the director roped in Kannada beauty Haripriya to don a meaty role in this film, besides his lead heroine Richa Gangopadhyay. However, some sources say that Haripriya's role in this film is not of a heroine, but just a cameo.
Kammula’s film is AVM's second under-production movie in Telugu; the first is Evaraina Eppudaina, starring Varun Sandesh and Vimala Raman. Evaraina Eppudaina is directed by newcomer Marthand K. Shankar and produced by M. Saravanan and M.S. Guhan.
