The Hindi edition of ace director S.S. Rajamouli’s latest super duper hit Eega, which won critical acclaim and box-office success, has been titled Makki.
The Hindi version will be in 3D format and will be ready by December. It will hit the screens as a Christmas gift, sources said. Recently, Rajamouli tested a sample 3D screen for the film and reportedly, it was successful.
This fantasy revenge story stars Sudeep, Samantha and Nani in the lead. The film's Tamil version Naan Ee has grossed 13 crores from 208 screens in Tamil Nadu, while the Telugu version Eega collected around Rs. 18 crores.
